In the Searest North subdivision, our home with five bedrooms and five and a 1/2 baths and over over 3500 square feet of air conditioned space, is the perfect place for your family and friends.
The first floor has a large family room with two leather sofas and entertainment unit, a dinning room with a table for eight and a full kitchen with a large countertop with seating for four. The first floor also has a large master bedroom and master bath with jacuzzi tub and full laundry room.
The second floor has another master bed and bath with jacuzzi tub. Three more bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. Two of the bedrooms share a full bath and the other bedroom has it's own full bath with private access. There is also a stackable washer/dryer on the second floor.
The third floor has an entertainment unit, a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, a bunk bed and a full bath as well as a wet bar.
Each floor has covered balconies.
The development has a beautiful 12000 square foot pool that is approximately two blocks away. A shuttle can take you and your family directly to the beach walkover and return you back to our house when you're ready.
We have WiFi for internet access.
