This beautiful beachfront condo has been just recently been renovated and is ready for rental. This condo is complete with all new furniture, new tile flooring with cozy rugs, all new appliances, new cabinets, new kitchen accessories, granite countertops and much more.
The master suite features a brand new king bed with new mattresses, a flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. There is also a oversized walk-in closet, room darkening curtains and an oversized jacuzzi tub. There is also access to the large balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
The guest suite also has a brand new queen bed and new mattresses with a TV/DVD, one large closet, linen closet, and a ceiling fan. There is also a private bath and shower attached.
The all new kitchen has been completely redone and has all new chrome appliances. The well stocked kitchen is perfect for eating in and the free standing ice machine makes filling coolers for the beach hassle-free.
The den features a large living area with a large comfy couch and loveseat. The couch lets out to a queen sized bed. There is also a 42 inch flat screen TV for your enjoyment complete with a DVD.
The view from the balcony is breath taking and being on the 10th floor allows you to see for miles as well as check on your family at all three outdoor pools. The pools are sprawled out across the property, one other being indoors. There are also hot tubs poolside and a grill.
Across the street is a variety of shopping centers containing grocery stores, variety stores, movie stores, a post office, a pharmacy and more. Also, there are restaurants and Adventure Island with Putt Putt golf and games for the whole family.
There is a guard around the clock and can assist you in any way. Also, the office is open daily and parking is never a problem.
Beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available on the beach.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, gorgeous views. Easily accessible to area restaurants, shops, grocery stores, entertainment. Very clean, maintained, and loved the jacuzzi tub. Suggest bringing extra pillow cases and sheets for the couch for extra sleeping. Plenty of pillows but no linens. Need to bring your own toiletries, dishwasher detergent, clothes washer detergent, and extra toilet paper. The place was awesome ! I'd highly recommend it and will rent this unit in the future. Gorgeous spacious condo with many amenities. Suggest taking extra pillow cases, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, clothes washing detergent, and maybe sheets for the sofa if having extra company. In other condos that we have rented most of these were provided in small quantities. Must have been a package deal thing. The overall experience was awesome. I highly recommend it and would like to rent this condo again. Very accessible to restaurants, stores, etc.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Very nice condo. The grounds and pools were kept up well and a big hit with the kids. The beach is wonderful with powder sand and there is a shopping area conveniently located across the street from the complex.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We loved the condo, its location and the spectacular view of the beach. The condo is very well decorated, fully equipped, and accurately portrayed in the listing. This was our first time using VRBO so we were unsure what to expect. We were pleased with our interactions with the owners. They made the process very simple and stress free. We would definitely return to this Orange Beach unit and recommend it to our friends.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

This was definitely a great place to stay. Well decorated, updated, and very clean. The view of the ocean from the balcony and master suite was perfect.
