Home built in 2001 and recently remodeled in 2009. Brand new appliances, new TVs, brand new pillow top mattresses. House is very well furnished and will accommodate up to 15 people comfortably. All bedrooms have flatscreen tvs with direct tv and dvd players. Family room has 50" plasma HD TV......and a PS3 so bring your games to play and your favorite movies or cds. We also have an IPOD player so bring your IPOD for your music.
Master(king) and second bedroom (queen) both have pillowtop mattresses. Third bedroom has twin bunk beds and another set of bunk beds (full/twin)and all beds have upgraded mattresses. These are not your typical bunk beds. The loft (third level) has 2 loveseat sleepers, and custom made cushioned bay windows (that would easily accommodate 2 adults) There is also a self inflating queen mattress. Main level has large covered wood deck great for outdoor entertaining with nice ocean views. Third level has cat walk to a smaller deck that is great for sunset viewing over the bay.
This home is located just 75 yards away from The Beach Lodge, a really good breakfast/hamburger joint and it is the only place on the beach to eat and also grab a super cold beer. Renters will have access to pool and hot tub just steps away for Sandpoint residents and guests(renters) This is the best neighborhood for vacation rentals on the island. You have private driveway to beach thru Beachgate and you have a private walking dock to beach. This house is only 4 houses from the beach.

Peak Season: May 17-Sep 15 .. $575/night plus 13% tax(Holidays are Peak Season)
Mid Season: Sep 16-Oct 31 .. $450/night plus 13% tax
Winter Texan: Nov 01-Nov 28 ................ $2500/month plus 13% tax
3 night minimum for peak season and holidays, all others is 2 night minimum.
Weekly rate-ANY SEASON: 6 nights at regular rate with 7 night free.

I LOVE THIS HOUSE! We stayed here 3 nights with our adult kids and grandkids and had such a great vacation. The house is beautifully decorated and has lots of room. The beds were all comfy(the loft window sleepers are bigger than they look in the pics). We had plenty of parking for our 5 cars and the golf cart the owners got us a great deal on. The kitchen was well furnished, the grill was nice to have, the showers are huge, plus there's an outdoor shower to rinse off after being at the beach. The deck, with the awesome beach chairs, is great for hanging out in the mornings/evenings. The house is close to the beach. The pool and hot tub are very nice. I wouldn't recommend to someone who has trouble with stairs as it's 3 stories and the main house is on the second floor so you do a lot of climbing stairs but otherwise, it's awesome and I can't wait to go back next year.

I just stayed there with 14 of my friends, and every body had the time of their lives. The beach is a short walk a way, pool and jacuzzi right around the corner and all the neighbors are great. We stayed for 3 nights and we became tight with all of them. The house is gorgeous and well kept. Recommend this place to anyone!

If you want the best vacation ever, this Beach house has it all!!! Comfort, coziness, and charm all wrapped up into a beautiful beach house just steps from the beach. We can't wait to come back.!!!!

My husband, child and I were the very first renters in this beautiful beach home! We were very impressed, not only with the decor, ambiance and accessibility to the beach/pool/restaurant, but also with the comfort and "feel of home".
