Our Condo is located just outside the town of Tulum (south about 1/2 mile, or less), in a small secure gated community with beautiful grounds and a swimming pool.
It is 3 levels with an open air Palapa on the third level. Five minutes from lots of shopping and great dining in the pueblo of Tulum and just minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the world.
2 bedroom/2.5 bath, sleeps up to 7, gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, furnished and managed by Locals, Gilberto and his wife Percilla.

Lots of amor for the villa primer amor!!

From the first peak through the gate we were happy with our choice of home for our twelve day stay in Tulum! We found the townhouse very classy, private and came with a welcoming spread of useful goodies like nice coffee and toys for the beach. The layout of the condo/townhouse is very spacious and each bedroom has it's own ensuite, it was better than the photos online! Tulum beach is gorgeous but it was lovely to have a break from the sand and retreat to our calm home at the end of the day and relax by the pool. We felt safe and serene , I will definitely share this spot with my special friends.
Owner response:Yes, I agree! Although it may be "trendy" to stay at a place on the beach, I find it to be much cleaner, quieter, safer, less expensive and more convenient to be in/near the pueblo of Tulum. And its only a 10 minute Taxi ride or 20 minute bike ride (great morning workout), to the most beautiful beaches in the world! And then you can come home to a safe, gated, clean, quiet, environment with a fresh water pool to rince off in, away from the sand and wind and be only a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the charming pueblo of Tulum for a nice dinner or night on the town. Great Location! Great townhouse!
