  I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing penthouse with a few of my family and business associates. From the moment we arrived we were highly impressed with the security (not to mention it is located in a nice neighborhood). There is a key entry for the property gate, to enter the building, to ride the elevator, and to enter your penthouse. The safety gave my group and I much satisfaction. But the prize is most definite the penthouse itself. Very well taken care of property and so spacious. Everyone in my group had their own personal space. The rooftop view is amazing and the views from the penthouse are amazing as well. The beach a short walk from the building but I would recommend renting a car if you plan on traveling the city and island. When I return to San Juan there is no other pace I would wish to stay, there is no reason to stay at a hotel this place covers everything you would need and more.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was a execellent property I would stay here again. I highly suggest any visting San Juan look up this spot. The neighborhood was clean a safe.Luis the owner was very helpful to me by giving tons of info for having a good time........this was a first class rental. Thanks, Rashad Baltimore

  This was a wonderful condo. Close to everything & Luis was incredibly helpful with advice & answering questions we had about traveling in San Juan. Norma and Javier went above & beyond in welcoming & assisting us during our travels. The condo had a great view, plenty of space, & great decor. We had an excellent vacation.

  Alright, let me just start off to say that if you love what you are seeing from the photos, the photos do the penthouse no justice. Lovely space, perfect location.... 10-15 mins walk from Calle ashford! Couldn't have chosen a better location. I came on this trip with my boyfriend and three of my female cousins ; bedroom walls were perfect for privacy. Living room and kitchen space were perfect and clean. Norma and Luis responded to every email and text in a matter of 5 mins!!! If you want to drive around Puerto Rico ,I suggest renting a car; the apartment has a car space if you wanted to. When I come to Puerto Rico , I will definitely be staying here again!!!! Thanks so much guys!!

  Excellent location, large spaces, great views. WIFI available in the neighborhood. Parking and security are excellent. Greeting personnel was very helpful. Some cosmetic work could be done, but everything works. Shopping is only several blocks away, and a great beach is located ant the end of the nearby street. The apartment helped make our visit enjoyable.

  My co workers and I just recently spent a week in this wonderful penthouse. This was the second time I stayed here and was very glad that I came back. As mentioned in the reviews and description the condo is very spacious especially for being in San Juan. I love the residential feel of the environment. Rental car is highly suggested. Condando Beach is like 5-10 minutes away with excellent restaurants. But if you want some really amazing food a block away from the condo then I highly suggest Abracadabra. Old San Juan is also very close maybe 15-20 minutes by car (depending on traffic). The condo is extremely well secured...you feel safe immediately. Always a pleasure to stay here.

  I just recently stayed in the property. We had 5 adults, no kids. It fit perfectly. Since it is not in a high tourist area, you do have to explain to the taxi drivers where to go. However, you are still in a safe area. There are a couple stores within walking distance, but you will need some way of transportation to get around. The owner and property manager are very nice and accommodating. What you see in the pictures is exactly how the property looks. There were no hidden disappointments. I recommend this place for small groups. You're able to enjoy each other without being cramped on top of one another.

I do recommend to rent a car to explore all that Puerto Rico has to offer, the rainforest, Bacardi Distillery, the bio bay, the Camuy Caves, the longest zip ride in the world, Old San Juan with its forts and cobblestone streets. I have a secure parking space available at no charge for your convenience. Eventhough most people will like to go to Old San Juan and other areas. The location offers the Museum of Arts of Puerto Rico, The Bellas Artes Theater, restaurants like Abracadabra, Bistro de Paris, Rigoletto, Under the Tree, Picayo and Laurel Kitchen (restaurants in the Museum of Art), La Casita Blanca and others are withing walking distance. Also, for nightlife one of the best spots in the island is La Respuesta which is about 5 minutes. There is also a bus stop about 5 minutes from the building that will take you to Old San Juan and other areas for less than a dollar. Thanks again Shannon! I'm looking forward for your next visit...

  What a fabulous vacation! The accomodations were better than we expected. The penthouse is very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The view was indeed spectacular. We would definitely recommend this for an ideal family vacation.

  Everyone was very nice. We were told that we could check in at 3. we got there shortly after and they were still cleaning. We left to eat and came back and they were still not done. They did apologize but it was still inconvenient since we had been traveling all day and were really tired. We had bought food to cook in the apartment but had to go eat out instead. That was the only thing that was inconvenient. No biggy but we were told that we would have internet and AC and we couldn't get the internet to work. The AC was only in the main room and the room we stayed in...the kids room did not have any AC and the AC that we did have did not work very well. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had a great view. It was close to everything.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The internet works and has always worked, unfortunately they brought a playstation or gaming console that did not work with the wireless USB. We tried it in a laptop and work fine. In summary, the internet works... The AC is a central unit and have outlets throughout the apartments, but not one directly to the first room. We are working on this detail but recommend when possible to leave the door open to let fresh air in... The temperature can be regulated according to everyone's needs and we show you where to chage the settings....

  The condo was so safe and so spacious! I went with a group of 5 other girls and we didn't feel crowded at all. We also felt so safe because you need a key to get into the front gate, front entrance, elevator and to press the floor number on the elevator. Louis and Raul both helped us out a lot with a list of places to visit and Raul even drove us to the grocery store on our first night of arrival. They are such nice people and the condo was perfect for a large group of people. I would suggest that you rent a car if you plan on traveling outside of the Santorse area a lot. *Rates per day do not vary during weekends or holidays.

*The deposit is return within 7 days of your check-out date.

*Rentals of 3 weeks or longer includes cleaning fee and tax charges. *Deposit is mandatory for all rentals.

Fees:

• Cleaning Fee: $100 + tax
• Pet Fee: $50 + tax
• Refundable Damage Deposit: $250
• Tax Rate 4.5%

Cancellation policy:

A 45 days notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations that are made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Reservations made within 45 days before arrival are final, changes or cancellations forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit.
