Wonderful family house in a prime location of the acclaimed Beachwalk community. Located on a corner lot, the house has full views of Lake Kai and is directly across from park and tennis court. Pool and beach are both within a block.
House features a large open living space with plenty of outdoor porches for entertaining. Large back deck is directly off kitchen and offers great viewing of the tennis courts. Summer Option has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and full bathroom. There are two other bedrooms on the second floor, one with a full size bed and crib the other with two twins. The third floor has two twin beds.
All bedrooms have their own private balcony with wonderful views of Lake Kai and the Beachwalk community. The fifth bedroom has a queen size bed and is separated from the rest of the bedrooms. On the main floor of the house is the kitchen, family room and living room. There is a large screened in porch that wraps around the living room.
The house is located less than a mile from the Lighthouse Place Outlet Mall, Michigan City Zoo, and Blue Chip Casino.
