This house you will find is an awesome get away for family reunions or get away weekends. We have set this house up so you can entertain your large family or group with ease. You can lay out by the pool on top of the mountain and see for miles and miles away, and at night the hot tub is great extra as you can set out alone or with group and enjoy the stars in the sky or the night skyline. We have very nice bedrooms set up for each guest and there is even a cozy sunroom off the Master suite which over looks the city skyline far off. Also in the Master Suite we have extra large tile shower and Jacuzzi tub for to enjoy while here. The sunrises here will take your breath away as you see the sun coming up over the Carolina’s far off. During the evening you even get a more relaxing view as you see the sunset out toward the far Western parts of Georgia. We have rocking chairs set up so you can enjoy the outside and also have large elevated deck to gather on and enjoy a relaxing moment as you look out over the valley facing Pink and Yonah Mountain. On the inside we have many TV’s, wireless internet, pool table and some board games so you can have something to do, even on the rainy days. We have had the yard professionally landscaped to make it where it looks great all year long. This house is set away in very quiet area where you can get the chance to really enjoy your mountain top experience with out all of the business of the city, but at the same time have everything you need at your fingertips.
You can also rent this unit with unit 194853 for extra large groups where up to 30+ people can stay. By doing this you will also have 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and lots of area between the 2 houses to have fun.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$495/night (Plus tax) (2 nt min - Except holiday weekends where it is a 3 nt min.)
Rent 7 days, pay for 6, and get the 7 free.
There is also a $150 clean up charge when you leave and a $20 processing fee.
To heat the pool during the winter there is a gauge on the tank and you simply
pay the cost of the fuel for heating the pool. Just let us know so we can have it
heated before you arrive. We do have a 5 car limit.
