Beautiful 9 bedroom, 5 full bath, private contemporary two level Mountain home, located on 3/4th of an acre in the Heavenly Valley area of South Lake Tahoe, NV. With almost 3000 sq feet, this home is perfect for large groups, sleeping up to 22. Bedding includes 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, 2 double beds, 3 twin beds and 2 queen sofa bed sleepers. Six bedrooms are private, with two bedrooms have a king and the other four a queen, the other three bedrooms have multiple beds.
After a day of fun in the snow or on the beach, enjoy a secluded evening with friends and family while soaking in the large outdoor hot tub, grilling on the gas BBQ, playing pool, watching the flames in the gas fireplace, or your favorite TV show on one of the7 TV's, or staying connected with free wireless DSL.
Known as Chef Dave's Lodge because of the fantastic kitchen, that includes a 6 burner gas cook top, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher and a large refrigerator.
This home also has full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, double car garage, with parking for an additional 4 to 5 cars, or RV in the driveway. Beautiful maple hardwood floors through out, showers in all five bathrooms, with 2 of the bathrooms also having a tub.
Just a short downhill walk to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort's Boulder ski lift, or hop on the shuttle to Heavenly.
4 mile drive to the downtown casinos, shopping, beaches and restaurants. Pets are welcome with owner's approval. Non-Smoking please.

I am a chef instructor at a culinary school in the San Francisco Bay Area, my passion is cooking and skiing! We also like to entertain and cook for large groups sometimes as many as 27
We have two large dogs and take them with us, they love Tahoe!
Why the Owner Chose Heavenly Valley
We are just a short 3 hour drive from our home in the Bay Area to our home in Tahoe. We appreciate the privacy of being on almost 3/4th of an acre. We can invite a lot of friends, and have celebrated family reunions, birthdays, retirement parties, and weddings.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The quiet, the conveniece of Heavenly's shuttle stopping to pick us up at the driveway and dropping us off after skiing, close enough to shopping and the casino area, yet far enough to feel that you are truly in the mountains.

I stayed here with my family over spring break and had a wonderful time. We had a large group, and the condo is very spacious to fit all of us. The kitchen was nicely updated and we loved playing downstairs on the pool table! It was a fabulous location! I cannot say enough positive comments about the home. I would highly recommend and hope to go back soon!

This home is perfect for a large family to enjoy a fabulous vacation! It's close to the state line which boasts restaurants, casinos and the gondola and shops. It is well maintained and is a beautiful home. The management company was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We stayed for a week and skied both the Nevada and California sides of the mountain. The Nevada lifts are just down the street from the house. We even made a "sledding area" for the little kids next to the house that we all enjoyed! The living area and kitchen areas are upstairs. The fully stocked kitchen is beautiful and has high-end appliances that made cooking all our meals a breeze. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on both floors which allowed for privacy even with a large group. Soaking in the hot tub and looking at the view was an incredible way to end our day. I would highly recommend staying here and we definitely look forward to our next visit!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Beautiful mountain home close to Heavenly's Boulder lift

We stayed at this home two years ago and loved the fact that it had a terrific kitchen with a six burner gas cook top and two ovens, our group consisted of 20 people and with the 5 bathrooms we never had a problem with everyone getting ready to go. Heavenly has a shuttle bus that comes by every half hour or so and we would flag them down to take us to Boulder lift and they would also bring us back home. Even though we were a big group, we had plenty of room to get away from each other, also each bedroom has their own TV, the hot tub was large enough for 8 of us and the pool table was a lot of fun, we actually had a pool tournament. We went to the casinos a couple of the nights and it only took us about 10 minutes to make the trip. Because this house is located on a corner lot by itself, we made a sled run in the back for the kids, we had a great time and hopefully will get back next year.
