Seabrook Island is a private gated island located 30 minutes outside Charleston, SC. Close access to shopping, dinning, and is part of the Charleston Low-Country.
Seabrook Island offers guests the opportunity to enjoy wide, private beaches, perfect for fishing or even just enjoying the sand and the view of the dolphins. Outdoor amenities include a wide variety of activities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, wild-life observation, horseback riding and private swimming pools. Whether hanging out or enjoying your favorite sports, Seabrook has it all!
Our newly built home is part of the quaint and cozy Village at Seabrook. This home offers a warm welcome to all guests that wish to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing vacation that will create everlasting memories.
Bring your guests to enjoy a home with a luxurious Master bedroom and bath downstairs with bubble tub and separate shower. Private upstairs bedrooms will provide a good nights sleep upon pillow-top mattresses. These 2 bedrooms are connected with a Jack and Jill bath, ideal for all. This home also features a gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy any meal. For those that enjoy indoor technology, please enjoy the flat, wide screen LCD TV and DVD player. Also you may wish to bring along your PC and favorite game system!

Apr-May 2009 ............ $1200/week.
Jun-Sept 2009 ........... $1500/week.
Weekend (3 night minimum) and Monthly rates available upon request.
$400 Refundable Security Deposit. Security deposit must be received
within 7 days of booking or reservation will not be confirmed. Reservations must
be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 1 month
prior to arrival will forfeit security deposit. $100 Cleaning Fee.
