This Turtle Point Villa is centrally located on Kiawah Island and is a short walk to the beach, the Turtle Point Golf Club and the Roy Barth Tennis Center.
Other nearby amenities include the Sanctuary Hotel, the East Beach Market with a small grocery store and restaurant, and Night Heron Park which has ball fields, a play ground, volley ball court and other family activities.
Kiawah Island has 5 championship golf courses, and our villa overlooks the lagoon that runs the length of the picturesque 18th hole of the Turtle Point Golf Course offering spectacular views throughout the day. Turtle Point Golf Course is one of Jack Nicklaus’ designs and is rated a near perfect 4 ½ stars in the 2006 Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play".
If tennis is your game, the Roy Barth Tennis Center offers 9 Har-Tru courts and 3 hard courts, as well as a variety of clinics, lessons and round robin socials. The tennis center is rated #2 in TENNIS Magazine's "50 Best U.S. Tennis Resorts".
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and at home in this villa, which has been remodeled and fully up-dated with a new kitchen, furniture and carpet. The living area includes one sofa, a love seat, and two club chairs, as well as a dining area that has room for 6 adults.
An adjoining sun room features a full-sized desk and chair and comfortable sofa for relaxing. A sliding glass door brings you out to a balcony overlooking the lagoon and the 18th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course. The living room also has a 26” television, cable, DVD player and VCR. This villa also features unlimited WiFi access via an AT&T DSL and wireless modem. There are two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, and a third bedroom. The upstairs master suite has a queen bed and private bathroom featuring double sinks, a spacious shower stall and a separate garden bath tub.
The master bedroom has two large closets, dresser and a 26” flat screen television and DVD player.
Both downstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom. The downstairs master suite features a queen bed, large closet with folding door, a sliding glass door that leads to a balcony, and an entertainment cabinet with a 20” television and VCR.
Its adjoining bathroom includes a large counter area with sink, and a large shower stall. The third bedroom features twin beds, a large closet and chest of drawers. Its adjoining bathroom features a single sink, and shower/bathtub combination.
As owners of this villa, we have enjoyed Kiawah and all of its beauty and amenities for years. We are happy to advise you about the various activities, restaurants and attractions the island has to offer to ensure you get the most out of your time at Kiawah.
