Sparkling water views await you in this rarely used, fully outfitted, spectacular paradise getaway. A rich tropical landscape invites you to the front entry. Open the door and be greeted by 9 foot high ceilings and a spacious open floor plan. This first floor unit provides many upgrades not experienced in other units, including the lighted Open Arched wall which is unique to the first floor model.
The large kitchen provides abundant storage with a food preparation island, 42 inch upgraded cabinets, and under-cabinet lighting. The huge walk-in pantry provides even greater storage capacity. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and has a washer, dryer, and laundry tub. Beyond the laundry room is the 2-car garage where you will find the bicycles and beach chairs and a butane grill for outdoor use (propane grills are not allowed in the community for safety reasons).
The kitchen seats 4 and the dining area seats 6. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, mirrored dresser and an enormous walk-in closet. You also have access to the lanai. The luxurious Master Bathroom has a beautifully tiled step-in shower as well as a large soaking tub that privately overlooks views of the water, and a separate toilet area. An L-shaped drawered vanity and double sinks provide plenty of space as well as a linen closet for additional storage. The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and armoire as well as a spacious closet. The Guest Bathroom has a lovely tiled bath and shower, upgraded drawered vanity and its own linen closet. The Den has a sofa, chair and tables offering more gathering space or just allows for some private time for yourself to sit down or work at your computer. Each room has a ceiling fan and additional overhead lighting.
Enjoy music or watching TV with the Surround Sound System in both the living room and L-shaped lanai. There is even a cable hookup on the lanai for watching TV outdoors. Sip your morning coffee and watch sunrise and wildlife. On those balmy Florida days, open the sliders from the kitchen and living room and enjoy the breeze.
You can be proud to entertain family and friends in this lovely upscale coach home, or simply relax yourself and enjoy the quiet. Spread out and make yourself comfortable in 2,063 square feet of living space under air. Some single family homes in the community cannot offer this much space. No shoveling snow, no cutting the lawn, just sit back and enjoy this paradise retreat.
The Enclave Section of Palmira was built by Toll Brothers and has its own clubhouse, swimming pool and spa for the exclusive use of Enclave residents. Join the other residents for a game of mahjong or cards or meet and greet at the monthly pot luck supper.
You can also visit Palmira’s Renaissance Center near the entrance to the gated community, which has a resort style lagoon pool and spa area as well as a lap pool complete with tiki bar and grill. Work out in the state-of-the art fitness center or join one of the many fitness classes. Also located here is the Tennis Center which provides great facilities and instructions along with organized or free play opportunities. The tennis courts are available to all residents, however full Tennis Membership requires a $500 fee.
Palmira’s 27 hole Gordon Lewis golf course provides enjoyment for all level of golfers. Visit the pro shop and talk with our professionals about tee-times (and maybe a lesson or two). The golf membership is included, all you pay for is a $21 cart fee.
Love to shop? There are so many choices! The new Coconut Point Mall is just minutes north of here and beyond that are the Miramar Outlets and the Gulf Coast Center. They all provide shopping opportunities for everyone and as well fabulous restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Going south, we are just minutes away from Naples. Visit the Venetian shops or go to historic downtown 5th Ave. There is an abundance of fine restaurants in Bonita Springs, Estero and Naples. Stroll or ride your bike through the community and take in the lavish, impeccably kept landscaping. Observe the wildlife that has made their home here.
