Spacious 1200-square-foot second-floor -two-bedroom -two-bath condominium. Completely repainted inside. Both bathrooms have been updated with new ceramic floors and toliets. New kitchen ceramic flooring. Screened-in porch off back of unit overlooks a beautiful outdoor pool complete with gas grills and plenty of room to sun. There is also an indoor pool/jacuzzi/sauna with pop machine and gas grill.

Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, master bath, and cable TV along with its own private screened in balcony. Spare room has two full-size beds with a connecting large main bathroom. Living room has new sofa and loveseat along with cable TV VCR/DVD player.

Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, Mr. Coffee, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker along with its own full size washer and dryer. Kitchen also has a breakfast counter with four bar stools. Dining room has seating for six along with a wet bar (blender and glasses provided).

Screened-in front porch ideal for that morning cup of coffee and newspaper. This condominium has new carpeting along with central air throughout.

Centrally located in the quiet Shore Drive area. The perfect spot for that family vacation. Close to everything (Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, and Dixie Stampede).
