Welcome to our wonderful beach house "Shellebration" on the beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula. Morgantown is an upscale beach community where you will enjoy beautiful landscaping, buried utilities, strict architectural controls, two swimming pools, and two tennis courts. Shellebration is a beautifully decorated three-year-old four-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house. Be prepared to relax!!
My goal is to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. Because you contacted me owner-direct, I will eliminate all the "junk" fees normally charged by the large property management firms in Gulf Shores. Gone are all commissions, processing fees, and exorbitant housecleaning fees. I want to underpromise and overdeliver on all of my properties. By so doing, chances are good you'll feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! I pride myself on my many repeat customers!
Shellebration comes equipped with one King bed, two Queen beds, and two twin beds. There is also a pack-and-play for the babies. The home features satellite television, high speed wireless internet access, and a charcoal barbeque grill. We have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is our most important priority.
Shellebration is a very easy stroll to the white sandy beaches and beautiful waters Gulf Shores is famous for. The first of Morgantown's two swimming pools sits between the house and the beach. Located just 15 minutes west of downtown, Shellebration is also very convenient to all restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and amusement parks.
For golfers in the group, Shellebration is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.
Please come and join us for the sand, surf, and fun! The beaches are magnificent, the golf is spectacular, and the restaurants are terrific. There is truly an activity for every member of the family. Shellebration is a wonderful home and we would love to share it with you.
Shellebration is located at 6083 Sawgrass Circle, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices for all of my properties include everything except Alabama state sales tax, and a nominal cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is standard amongst all of my properties ($25/bedroom, $10/bathroom, $50/common area)and is paid directly to the housekeepers. Zero mark-ups. It includes all towels and linens. A $45 damage waiver is required insurance to protect you in the event of any mishaps. For your convenience, I can offer optional trip insurance called "Travel Guard" from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). Please let me know of your interest level in this worthwhile product. It will protect your investment!
