"My Blue Paradise" is located in the private community of Seacrest Beach, on 30A, between Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside. It is a beautiful paradise on the white sands of the Gulf Coast (approximately 500 yards) that is only a short walk; or our own personal tram is available. The complex has beautiful landscaping with many amenities: The pool complex is enormous with a 12,000 square-foot (largest on the gulf coast), lagoon-style setting and we are only a short walk of about 150 yards. This property is a spacious first-class accommodation with beautiful panoramic views of Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach from the balconies and screened porches.
Our home is very new and has never been on the rental market till this year. We can assure you that this home has every amenity, professionally decorated and outfitted in "showhome" style. The main home is large with over 3400 square feet and has four master bedroom suites - for multi-family vacations. There are six bedrooms designed for adults and children. The children have their own TV equipped recreation room with Playstation II and DVRs for their entertainment on the second floor.
The main entrance is through arched hallways into the spacious living area, it is complete with built-in entertainment systems, dining room with seating for 8-10, gourmet kitchen and a wrap-around bar with four bar stools for extra guests. The first floor has 10' ceilings with a screened porch off the living area. It is equipped with a gas grill. There is a master bedroom on the first floor equipped with its on TV and a master bath with both a shower and Jacuzzi tub.
The second floor has three bedrooms with decks on both sides and has a fully equipped entertainment room for children. The 2 master bedrooms on this floor have their own private baths and entertainment systems. We also have 2 children’s rooms equipped with two bunk beds.
The third floor (tower room) boasts a master bedroom, bath, living area, wet bar, entertainment system and observation deck with panoramic views.
Three decks and a screened porch give you a lot of access to the outdoors. "My Blue Paradise " is fully equipped with 6 TVs with a full cable TV offering; grill for cookouts and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment; a variety of games, videos, and books; and high speed internet is provided for those who cannot get away from work to complete your relaxing vacation. You will be delighted with the home and the complex. Note that we have a carriage house that is detached and is used for owners only and is not included in the rental

We absolutely had a great time vacationing at your home. 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths means that each family have their own privacy. The kids love the bunk area. Owner was very responsive and accomodating. Beach and Pool are walking distance but if you have lil ones, I highly recommend utilizing the tram service. Very convenient and comes to your house at short notice.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
