This is not a raised beach house but it is a stick built house, not a trailer with addition, A REAL HOUSE, just three feet off the ground so you don't have to climb all those stairs.
Master Bedroom has new queen size mattress and TV. Second bedroom has a new queen size mattress and TV.
The third bedroom has two sets of bunks, twin on twin, perfect room for the children and has a TV with VCR.
