This is not a raised beach house but it is a stick built house, not a trailer with addition, A REAL HOUSE, just three feet off the ground so you don't have to climb all those stairs.
Master Bedroom has new queen size mattress and TV. Second bedroom has a new queen size mattress and TV.
The third bedroom has two sets of bunks, twin on twin, perfect room for the children and has a TV with VCR.
TV with DVD player located in the den.
You can't beat the price on the this one....everything included except your departure cleaning.....you can do that yourself or we will be glad to clean the house for you for a fee.
