Beautiful four-bedroom mountain retreat in the Crown in Blue River sleeps 10-12. Just two miles from the lifts, it is close enough to Breckenridge to be convenient and secluded enough to be private.
This three-level 3500 sq. ft. custom home sports top of the line furnishings. The main level includes the kitchen, dining room and family room. The kitchen opens on to the family room, and is fully equipped with all of the appliances you need, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The family room features a big-screen television and gas fireplace. A six person hot tub is located on the wrap-around deck on this level.
The master bedroom, two bedrooms, and a loft are located on the upper level. The master bedroom has its own balcony with mountain views, its own sitting area and a spacious master bath. The master bath has a steam bath in the shower and a large jetted bathtub. One bedroom is a bunkroom with two bunk beds (3 twins and one full) and the other room has a king-sized bed.
The lower level has a second master bedroom with king-sized bed and a second family room where you can snuggle by the gas fire with some hot chocolate, enjoy games with family and friends or chill out with a show on the big-screen television. There is also an outdoor deck area where you can hang out with family and friends. The family room also has a mini-kitchen with sink, microwave, and dishwasher.
Additional amenities included in this warm, comfortable house are a heated two-car garage, mudroom, and two washer/dryers. Wi-Fi internet is provided.
