This extraordinary 3400 sq ft home is just 50 meters from the most coveted bluff in Princeville. And there is a private beach just below. The home is 3 stories with fountains, inside and out, tapestries, and over 30 fruit trees. All appliances, kitchen ware, dishes, towels, linens and furniture are top of the line.
The house has 3 complete suites..one with garden view, one with ocean and one with a view of the water falls on NaPali (the cliffs). Or there is the option of 2 suites and 2 large bedrooms. The great room has an 8' granite dining bar and a mahogany table that seats 8. The media room has 2 wine coolers built into the wet bar and incredible bose surround sound speakers, and also opens to the 10,000 sq ft private garden.
The 280 sq ft covered lanai has fabulous sunset and waterfall views, and seats 8-10 for lighted outdoor dining and cocktails. The cozy flower covered pergola on the main deck is perfect place to sit for a shaded breakfast in the garden. The trade winds create a lovely breeze throughout the house year round, however there fans in every room. The three main baths are large, with custom tile work and the master has a luscious new 6' jacuzzi.
A beautiful (world reknown) 2 mi white crescent shaped beach is just 6 min. away in the quaint village of Hanalei, where you'll also find great restaurants and a fish market where the fish is still moving (sushi)! So grab the beach chairs, toys, towels, boogy boards, umbrellas, and coolers from the store room and head on down to swim with the whales! You and your friends and family will love it here.

It is beautifully furnished and everything is new from flatware, to beds, to tapestries, to the 8' mahogany table. 24 hour security and wonderful neighbors. Albatross nests on property 6 months every year. Lots of fruit trees, flowers and a huge grassy backyard. Beautiful sunsets from the large upperdeck. And magnificent sunsets of Bali Hai from the bluff, just steps away, where we take our chairs and a glass of wine. You'll love it!

We fell in love with Princeville 20 years ago and we bought our first home in 2003. It was a tiny 2 bedroom with a little screened in lanai and we just wanted to get a feel for second home life in Kauai. Our kids went nuts when there was room for the whole family so we stared the search. We found our perfect home in '06. We gutted it and began a year long, total remodel on our current home on Kaweonui. We just started renting and we are so happy to share our fantastic home. Lyn & Bill

This was, perhaps, the most amazing vacation rental I have ever had. From the fountains throughout the house, to the lovely fruit trees all over the property, and amazing waterfall views, I can't recommend this place too highly. Perfect for small groups looking to explore the island, or as a romantic getaway, you won't go wrong with this beautifully remodeled home.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Lyn, After reviewing over 50 other rental options all over the island, we couldn't have been happier with our selection. Your home was immaculate and provided every amenity a vacationer could expect and some... We enjoyed sunsets on the point and quick access to the semi-private beach just a short walk from the house. The location couldn't have been better with golfing, hiking, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, and shopping all within a few minutes. What more could we ask for?! I have to also thank you for the tip on the local fish market. It was fantastic. I'm now a huge fan of Hawaiian style Ahi Poke. Finally, your neighbors were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. We look forward to renting from you again.

We had a great time at your home in Kauai. Your house is beautiful and comfortable and truly added to the enjoyment of our trip. We bbqed 4 nights and ate on the upstairs deck looking out onto the tropical mountains - what a peaceful neighborhood. I would highly recommend your property for a Kauai vacation.

The house was fantastic, 6 adults and 2 children without feeling crowded. Wonderful rooms, great views and a kitchen that made cooking meals a breeze. Lyn was great to deal with and all was as advertised. The albatross nest in the front yard was a very cool surprise. The location was great for quick trips to all north shore beaches as well as for groceries, etc. The private beach was a little treacherous for my parents (late 60's) but was fine for my 5 and 8 years old children. We had a great time and hope to be able to return in the near future.
