The Living Area…
The family room and dining room are in an open plan, with vaulted ceilings, French doors and high window transoms on either side. The second living room and its attached home office are also bright and airy. The kitchen has double French doors to the deck, and is equipped with granite counter tops, all stainless appliances, including Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. From the family room, you can hear the soothing sounds of the waterfall from the spa to the pool. The entire back courtyard is very private, whether you are relaxing on the side deck, floating in the pool or loosening up in the spa.

The first master bedroom is downstairs, with a queen bed and full bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find the spacious second master bedroom suite, with a king bed and three sets of French doors to a private porch. The third bedroom has two twin beds that convert to a king, and a hall bath. All bedrooms have overhead fans.
