I rented a condo for my parents for their winter stay last year and my feedback is nothing short of excellent. Very good landlords to work with and the space was refurbished, clean and quite comfortable. I recently renewed another winter stay with the ownership and cant speak highly enough about the quality of the unit. Being a ground floor unit with in-house laundry was a major plus for convenience.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+.

Rates
$2100/month $500 refundable deposit plus $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. Additional coop fee of $110 provides use of all Leisure World club facilities and bus system.
