What a perfect location, and a beautiful, well equipped home! Beautifully decorated, this condo was perfect for our needs over the weekend. Instructions were very clear, and all our questions and concerns were answered so quickly. It was a very great location, close to downtown, and close to the bike paths, groceries, liquor store, everything you could possibly need. We would rent this condo again in a heart beat!

Spacious, comfortable for two couples. Beautiful, modern property with lovely view of small garden and stream in the back. (complete with ducks!) The bedrooms bathrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, allowing for maximum privacy. The kitchen is well equipped. Very clean. Within walking distance to downtown Victoria. One block away from supermarket. Only downside was the weather! One other comment: there were no maps of the area or informational brochures--we had to stop people on the street to inquire about directions to town/supermarkets/etc. The transaction for renting this apartment went very smoothly, but there was no personal interaction.

We stayed here August 10-13 and found it to be a wonderful place! We brought our 16 month old son with us and Geoff and Jody already had a pack n play, high chair and toys for him. It was great! We were able to put him in the huge walk in closet off of the master bedroom which was nice. The condo was in a really cute location, had garage parking and about a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Victoria. It was also close to a super market which was very helpful. We went to Cafe Fantastico just out the back door for coffee and rolls and it was delicious! Thanks again!

Clean, quiet, spacious escape
We enjoyed our stay in Victoria - the townhome was clean, well situated and equipped. It was great to have the little waterway in the back area as the ducks came to visit making our kids (2 and 4) very happy! Great coffee shop and artisan bakery literally 20 steps out the back door. Jody was kind enough to leave toys and books for the kids which they really enjoyed. Would definitely come back, the place was great!
