  We had a week long family reunion. We couldn't have been more pleased with the house. It beat our expectations - the pictures don't do it enough justice. The kitchen was awesome as we cooked every meal there for a up to 23 people at times. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool is right across from the front door and the kids played in it all day. Service and professionalism were better than advertised from owner, agent, manager, etc. We are trying to hold a reunion every couple of years and rotate locations but we may have to just come back here. Thank you!

  Our extended family stayed at this home the week of June 10. I relied a LOT on reviews when we were deciding so I wanted to chime in that this is a very nice place to stay. The area is very quiet and it was very nice for bike riding. It's a little bit of a drive for groceries. The kitchen and rooms are exactly as seen in the photographs. It was clean and well maintained. We lost the air conditioning on our second day and management offered to bring someone over that night to fix it. The kitchen was very well furnished with tons of pots and pans, silverware, utensils, etc. Only downside was that the master bedroom and two of the smaller rooms with futons did not have drapes/curtains or shades in some windows. It was still quite private b/c of the golf course but very sunny. Also the futons are pretty small, which the owner told us in advance. The fold out couch is in the family room with huge windows, no drapes and lots of sun. So I would say that we slept 9 quite comfortably and the teenagers on the futons were not quite as happy. Definitely a recommend. Pleasant owner, easy to work with, got our security deposit back right away. Thumbs up.

  The home was wonderful! Spacious place to rent with a large group of people. Everything was top notch! Beautiful views from the house overlooking the lake and close to the marina. Can't wait to go back next year!

  I cannot tell you what a great time we had staying at your home in Marblehead. The house was perfect, easily accommodated all 14 of us and the hot tub was the perfect end to night and the living room was big enough for us all to gather over coffee in the morning. Looking forward to coming back again next year. For anyone heading up, make sure to make the walk to the marina and order a "Tiki Juice' from the little tiki beach bar. Thanks AGAIN!

  After crossing the moat everything was perfect. We had a large family get together and there was plenty of space. The layout of the home was good for socializing. Yet there was enough space to have some private, quiet time. The house also provided for every comfort. There was a hot tub, 3 fireplaces, a home theater, wifi access, a massage chair, a good treadmill, a balcony off the master suite with a pleasant view and more. We really enjoyed these perks. The kids enjoyed the pool. We also utilized the deck which had furniture and a grill.Really the kitchen is where we all gathered. Many large meals were prepared here and it had plenty of room.There is a beach that is easily accessed through the Bay Pointe Club. It is a nice beach with plenty of sand. But the security staff at Bay Pointe seem a liitle intense. With regards to the necessities, there were plenty of towels, wash clothes and sheets, and even an air mattress. The house was very clean. The pool and area and the deck area were in need of some cleaning but we attribute that to lack of use and weather. There were a few things we needed (extra beach passes and a refill for the propane grill) and when we called to ask for them they were provided quickly. Overall this was a great experience

  This is a beautiful house with a great location. Please be aware it is right next to a bunch of condos, but it is also right next to the golf course and within walking distance to the lake. We had everything we needed and more! Pool, hot tub, tv's in every room, exercise equipment, grill, etc. The owners were very helpful - going above and beyond. We left behind my daughters' treasured DVD, and they have bent over backwards to help us get it back. Thank you!
