This large elegant five (5) bedroom, four (4) bathroom private home is in a quiet neighborhood of West Bradenton - less than 10 minutes from the Island Beaches, Gulf of Mexico. The property is surrounded by tropical landscaping, has a heated swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
The downstairs area has a large Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and large full private bathroom, with plenty of closet space, a color TV and stereo system. The walk-in closet stores a crib, high chair, stroller, play pen, and other baby / infant items if needed.
The Kitchen is part of a "Great Room" area which includes a Living Room with two couches (one is a Queen size pull-out bed), and a wood burning fireplace. There is a pass-thru window from the Kitchen into a Billiards Room (pool table) area with bay windows looking out the front of the home. Off the one side of the Kitchen is the downstairs Guest Bathroom and the Laundry Room and Pantry area. Also included in the Great Room is a large 12 to 14 person Dining Table located next to a set of sliding glass doors leading to the pool. Next to the Great Room is a large Family area which has 2 sleeper sofas (singles) and a 42" color TV. Also in this room is an Office area with a computer, printer, fax machine, etc. (just in case you need it).
The upstairs area has four (4) Bedrooms. The largest Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a set of Bunk Beds, and the crib (which can be moved to other bedrooms). There is also a color TV, stereo, and plenty of dresser space. The next largest Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, desk, color TV, stereo, and walk-in closet. The 3rd upstairs Bedroom has a Full-size bed, a toddler bed, color TV, stereo, and lots of closet space. Finally the 4th Bedroom / Game Room has a set of Bunk Beds, a pull-out (single) sofa bed), dresser, large color TV, X-box game system, and stereo. There is one large Bathroom for the upstairs area.
The Garage area is not used for cars, but instead has a ping pong table, air hockey table, foosball table, electronic darts, beach chairs, all of the bikes, fishing equipment, beach and pool towels, and so forth. The outside pool area is quite large, with plenty of lounge chairs, a large patio table, a very large BBQ grill area, pool toys, tiki torches, and more.
We also provide numerous board games, 12+ bikes, fishing gear, croquet for the back yard, beach towels, beach chairs, and much more. We even have a pontoon boat that you can rent for sight seeing, fishing, an island excursion - we have multiple routes / trips already planned that you can simply follow.
The home has been re-modeled in 2008 and includes high-speed Internet access and local plus "free" long distance service. The property is close (within a 5 minute drive) to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, movie theatres, golf courses, bowling alleys, etc.
This home offers everything for that well deserved "executive" tropical vacation.
