Upstairs is like a separate apartment: two bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen/living room with sleeper couch and single bed. Perfect for a larger group of friends or family.
The outside has a screened patio with outside kitchen, screened pool/jacuzzi and shower, and a large sundeck with 12 lounge chairs and a boatdock. The pool side has southern exposure, therefore always sunny.
