Walking distance to LIRR, which brings you directly into Manahattan.You're within 20 minutes to Jones Beach, amoung other beaches. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.
The house is a corner property, 1250 sq. feet, all new stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and a brand new kitchen.
30 minutes from Manhattan, which has some of the best sightseeing in the world. NYC also offers some of the best Braodway shows available. Not to mention the great restaurants that the city offers.
If you're a sports fan, you're 30 minutes by lirr to the world famous Madison Sqaure Garden. 15 minute drive to Nassau Coliseum, 20 minute drive to the new Citifield, also next to Citifield is the USTA where the US open is played, and 40 minute drive to the new Yankee stadium. You can also get to Citifield/USTA by LIRR.
