The butler pantry/bar offers easy entertaining. A beautiful wrought iron staircase leads you to 3 upstairs bedrooms, each with their own flat screen TV and bathroom. A large vaulted master bedroom leads to a large "rain shower" bathroom providing relaxation after a day of fun at the beach! Both master bedroom and bath lead to a private screened in porch complete with hammock and comfy seating to unwind while you enjoy your morning coffee.
Relax with family and friends on the covered front porch or retreat to the back screened in porch which overlooks the private Natural Reserve and deck. The deck offers a table with seating for six along with a covered grill/sink area and inviting hot tub. Get your car out of the sun in the trellis-covered, brick-pavered driveway. Walk to Camp Watercolor, Publix, video rental store, and wonderful pizzeria. Ride bikes or walk to the beach, Beach Club, or 1 of 5 pools. Bikes provided.
