My husband, two sons and I have been coming to Newport Beach for a week of each summer for the past 18 years. Of all the southern California beaches, it has offered everything our family has needed from when our kids were toddlers to now as teenagers. We decided to aquire a nice beach home to use as a rental property to help pay the mortgage and to use for our weekly summer vacation. The property was a year round home to a nice retired couple who kept the unit in spectacular condition. It is unlike many of the substandard rentals in the area which are rented to college students, have coin-op washer/dryers and require you to bring your own linens. It has now almost been a year since we aquired the property and it has gone extremely well due to the fantastic condition of the property. We hope to help make your Southern California beach vacation pleasurable and relaxing.
