**New outdoor hot tub at the Red Pine clubhouse!!**
Newly remodeled, comfortable, non-smoking and spacious 4 bedroom/4 bath tri-level townhouse, located at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort (largest resort in Utah, 5th largest in the US). This highly sought after end unit is tastefully furnished and offers two cozy fireplaces. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a king size bed in one room and a queen size bed in the other room.
Both bedrooms have a kitchenette. The second floor bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom on the third floor has a king size bed. Each bedroom has a full bath. The new sectional sofa in the living room has a queen size sleeper. There is also a queen size pillowtop inflatable Aerobed. The unit will comfortably accomodate up to 10 people. Total square footage of the unit is 2196.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Wasatch mountains from the private deck. There is an outside entrance for total privacy, a covered carport, with two reserved parking spots and additional parking nearby. We are only 5 units down from the clubhouse, which has an outdoor pool heated to 100 degrees. There is also a sauna and an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi. It's so close that we walk over in our bathrobes after skiing!
A free shuttle service leaving every 30 minutes to Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons is a 1 minute walk away. (Leaving on the hour and half hour). It is a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet lift which takes you directly to The Canyons base village. Great sledding area right out the back door. Sleds and saucers are provided for your enjoyment!
The Red Pine complex consists of 19.5 acres and has over 400 pine trees throughout the property. The 2196 sq. ft. townhouse is at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort (formerly know as Wolf Mountain). The 3700 acre resort recently underwent a $65 million upgrade which added 10 new lifts, including an 8 passenger gondola, along with a new mid-mountain lodge and the first european "People Mover" in the USA. This was the home of the 2002 Winter Olympic hosts of NBC's "The Today Show".
Downtown Park City is just 3 miles from our complex, with over 100 restaurants and nightclubs, a wide variety of art galleries and boutiques. The off season activities are abundant! Autumn Aloft, Hot Air Balloon Festival, 2002 Olympic venues, Deer Creek Lake for boating and fishing and biking, hiking and great golf courses are minutes away!

Delightful accommodations in this spacious well equipped condo. Had a fantastic powder day at Snowbird. Discounted lift tickets (Park City Mountain Resort) at Utah Ski & Golf. Excellent convenient skiing at The Canyons. Very convenient for the Sundance festival as well. Well stocked kitchen, excellent sound system as well as wireless internet etc, etc. make this a stand-out choice for visiting this beautiful area.
