This Beach house was completely renovated in 2008. This home is 3 homes down from the Pool and Clubhouse and Restaurants. The home is directly across the street from the beach with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean, Deveaux Bank, and the Channell Between Seabrook and Edisto. This is all Visible from either the front screen porch or the open porch or the front sundeck. This Is also the view from two bedrooms and the great room.
The rear of the home sits on the tenth tee of the Ocean Winds golf course and looks over the tenth and eighteenth hole. A split level deck with a gas grill and outdoor speakers makes this a great place to grill out and enjoy the golf course.
A large enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water will rinse the sand off you and your suit before coming upstairs to watch the 42" wall hung TV or cooking in the kitchen with all granite counters. The floors are all hardwood so there is no sand stuck in the carpet anywhere.
