Sit in the hot tub after an active day and watch the ducks float by. Dive off the dock into the Deschutes on those hot summer days. Drive or walk 5 blocks to the Mt Bachelor ski shuttle. It doesn't get any better than this.
This house has a gourmet kitchen, French-made gas range and outdoor cooking on either gas or charcoal. Master bedroom with king bed overlooking the river with a large deck and plenty of sunshine. Large whirlpool tub in the master bath with river views and a gorgeous travertine stone double shower. Second bedroom has a new king bed and third bedroom has a new queen bed. You can't get any closer to the river than this beautiful Prairie Style home.
Flat screen TV in the game room along with a pool table and beautiful gas fireplace. This house has it all.

The location of this vacation rental can't be beat. We are right in the middle of Bend with urban amenities on the street side of the home and quiet, riverfront living in the back. Some guests never leave the backyard while others are out on the town enjoying all that Bend has to offer. Whether you come to play or just to relax this location will fit your needs. Walk to shopping and fine dining in downtown or the Old Mill District or paddle from your backyard up and down the river. We're also only 5 blocks from the Mt Bachelor Ski shuttle for this winter's great riding! It's all right here for you to enjoy.

I have lived on both coasts, the rockies and south Florida but Bend has been by far the best. After 20 years in Bend I had an opportunity to share my favorite spot with others. I started by doing home exchanges all around the country and then last year, when my kids were moving on, I decided to use my riverfront home as a vacation rental. What a beautiful home. Great location, walking distance to the park and downtown area. A great kitchen for cooking (could use more dish towels though!), and barbecue outside. Our labrador loved the yard, and it was fun having a fire outside at night. All in all a very comfortable home. Can't wait go return again!!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
