The community boasts all outdoor recreation. There are 6 tennis courts, 2 private swimming pools one oceanfront with Clubhouse, a private beach and bike trails all in this community. There is great intra-coastal fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating with a boat day dock and intra-coastal club house. Beachside there is surf fishing on your private beach.

Inside the home you have 2 cable TVs,wireless internet, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped eat in kitchen, dining room and large outdoor patio with outside grill. This home has it all!We also include bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers. Everything you need.

Year Purchased: 2005

Mark and grew up by the beach. He surfed as a kid and still does. We both love everything that is outdoors at the beach. We found Palm Coast just by chance over the Christmas holday one year and fell in love with it. When we found our home and neighborhood we knew it was for us.This is a resort within a beautiful community. We always feel like we are on vacation when we are there.

Why the Owner Chose Palm Coast

We think Palm Coast is Florida's best kept secret. It has so much natural beauty. It is not commercially developed. The beaches are the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.You can go to at least 5 different beaches within a 5 mile radius. Or just walk across the street. Our home is in the perfect location to the ocean. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, yet it backs up to natural preserve. The neighborhood is a resort, it has everything you could want for a vacation.Plus being a home it offers more space, privacy and a garage. We are also only 20 minutes to St. Augustine if we want to go on an outing.There are tons of resturants, fun shopping and sightseeing tours.

The Unique Benefits of this House

We are located on a barrier island, it is the only community that has both the intracoastal and ocean access.Sunsets are a must at the private intracoastal dock. During the day you can ride bikes (we provide) on our bike paths, go to either of our 2 pools. We have a boat house on the intracoastal with a day dock, A beautiful pool and ocenfront club house plus a private beach and another pool club at the tennis courts.
