This tastefully decorated 2nd floor unit in Crescent Shores has been recently refurbished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind! New furniture and bedding, TV’s, draperies and fresh paint are just a few of the upgrades we’ve made since purchasing this 1700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in 2008. We’ve also fully re-stocked the kitchen so the dishes match and there’s no rummaging around for a can opener or corkscrew!
Your rental rate includes linens and departure cleaning, so there’s nothing you need to do except unpack your bags and begin enjoying your stay in this home at Crescent Shores!
The no-smoking and no pets policy ensures you that from the minute you open the door, you will find an incomparably clean and inviting home. The spacious living area features two comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV and adequate seating for all our guests. Open the drapes and you are treated to a beautiful oceanfront view – our 2nd floor location gives you the feel of overlooking the dunes and almost being on the beach!
Walk out on the huge balcony – from either the living room or the master bedroom – and you can watch the kids in the lazy river or simply enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee or glass of wine while you inhale the fresh ocean air and listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach!
The kitchen has solid granite countertops and a smooth-top range; it also has lots of cabinets and storage space as well. There are beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout the foyer, kitchen, dining area and living room and new carpeting in the bedrooms. Our unit also features full-sized washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large walk-in closet; its private bath is to die for with a large stand-up shower and relaxing whirlpool garden tub. The two other bedrooms each offer 2 queen-sized beds and plenty of drawers and closet space; they each have their own private bath. With the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit can sleep up to 12 guests.
Can’t leave the electronics at home? No worries here – we offer free high-speed internet access and every room has a new TV and DVD player. You can also easily hook up your favorite gaming system to any of the TVs.
Because our unit is located in the North Tower of Crescent Shores, you don’t have to leave the building to reach the exercise/fitness room on the 1st floor or the indoor swimming pool (heated in the off-season).
Unfamiliar with the amenities of Crescent Shores? Located at 1625 S. Ocean Blvd. in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Shores was opened in 2004. Its concrete and steel construction makes this building much quieter than most other resorts in NMB! The resort boasts:

To Our Potential VRBO Guests: Be wary of "too good to be true" and "We'll match VRBO" rates from certain property management companies in the North Myrtle Beach area. Not all fees are readily disclosed. Some of these companies base their “processing fee” as a percentage of your rental rate and tack on “resort fees” (FYI – this is a total fabrication on their part, especially if they are charging you this on a Crescent Shores rental). These companies may also charge you a “convenience fee” for early check-ins or late departures.
Also, their quoted rates often do NOT include linens and departure cleaning fees (both of these ARE INCLUDED in our rates). Some companies allow guests to clean the units themselves - which seems like a nice way to save money if you're the guest but what about if you're the NEXT guest? Do you want to trust the cleanliness of your unit to someone who was too cheap to pay for the professional cleaning service?
The local property management company we use charges a flat $79 processing fee – this helps offset the cost of onsite management, maintenance and housekeeping should you have any issues while renting our condo. The only other expenses you will incur with us are the state/local taxes of app. 12%.

Why the Owner Chose Crescent Shores
We were among the original owners at Crescent Shores, purchasing our first units during the pre-construction phase. This is our 4th condo at Crescent Shores. We love the amenities, the location and have been especially pleased with how well-maintained the complex is. We pride ourselves on keeping 202 Crescent Shores in tip-top shape - we try to visit as often as we can so we can experience what you, our guests, experience and also to improve upon that experience by refreshing the unit frequently with new bed linens, replacing dinnerware/glassware as needed, maintaining all appliances in good working order, painting/replacing carpets and furniture on a regular basis, etc. We want it to feel like home to you as well!
