Family and pet friendly Islander Resort Villa. Come enjoy time at the beach in this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom spacious 1700+ square foot condo. Enjoy views of the ocean and Intracoastal waterway from the deck and living area. Two bedrooms also share in the views of the intracoastal waterway. We are a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy some fun in the sun and sand!
The Islander clubhouse is a short walk as well and includes a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and full service restaurant located oceanfront. Come enjoy these amenities with your rental. Please note that the pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
The villa is newly decorated and includes 4 private bedrooms each with their own private bath. The master includes a king bed, double vanity and jetted tub. The other bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two full beds. Each bedroom has its own cable TV.
A DVD player is provided in the living area and some of the bedrooms. The villa has a full kitchen with eat-in breakfast bar. Seating for six is provided at the dining table or choose to each at the table on the outdoor lanai while listening to the ocean waves.
This villa is located on the second floor and has an elevator. The unit is also handicapped accessible as is access to the Islander clubhouse and pool.
Ocean Isle Beach is the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation! The area is very family friendly and provides numerous activities. If you are bringing your furry friend on your vacation, please remember that between Memorial Day and Labor Day leashed pets are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 6pm.
Ocean Isle Beach is located within one hour of Wilmington, Southport, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Bald Head Island, Sunset Beach, Calabash, and Myrtle Beach. These areas include shopping and entertainment such as touring the USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial, shopping at the historic Cotton Exchange or Chandler's Wharf, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Caswell Lighthouse, Bald Head Lighthouse, the Alabama Theater, championship golfing and a full array of wonderful restaurants.

Took the family ( 6 of us aged 23 to 90) to Ocean Isle for the last week of August (on the heels of Hurricane Irene) and stayed at this Property. We had a fantastic time! The weather and beach could not have been more perfect. The condo was very comfortable and welcoming, and the owner's were very accomodating. The 4 bedrooms/4 baths worked out perfectly for us, as did the elevator for my father-in-law. And the fact that we could take our well-behaved mutt was a real plus (he loved the ocean). Unless you insist on ocean-side, do not be deterred by the location. It is only a couple minute walk to the beach, and maybe a couple more to the pool )were drinks are VERY expensive). We took a family vote, and all 6 said YES to come here again. Now it time to begin to prepare for a NY winter - Boooooooo!

The condo is close to the beach and pool. We were happy with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again. The condo was clean and the owner always responded promptly to questions.

Better than described. Only a short walk to the beach. Nicely decorated, well-maintained and very clean. Would definitely stay there again! Lots to see and do in the area. Short drive to Calabash restaurants.

Wonderful experience in October at this condo.Very comfortable and well equipped. Condo located between the sound and the ocean short walk to both. I would stay here again. I really like Ocean Isle and this condo was a great place to stay. The owners were especially helpful.

This property is exactly as it is described! Everything was clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The photographs don't do it justice! The owner was very prompt when replying to emails with questions. I would definitely recommend this property!! The condo was very welcoming and made us wish we were staying more than one week!! The beach access was very close, and the pool was a short walk as well. We also enjoyed renting bikes and exploring the other parts of the island. The Sugar Shack was delicious...another must!! Our vacation couldn't have been any better!!

A beautiful condo! My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious (especially since there were just two of us); we loved the deck and spent a lot of time out there (tree frogs sure are noisy though!). Loved watching the turtles in the water. The beach is a very short walk - a beautiful beach. We couldn't find the pool though (but it wasn't yet opened for the season anyway); it would have been nice to have a sign or the location noted in the condo instructions. The property was very clean, very well maintained. As to restaurants, the Sugar Shack is a must! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.
