This two story contemporary absolute oceanfront beach villa is situated on a cliff overlooking the black sand Kehena Beach and the turquoise blue ocean! You can view the sea turtles and dolphins playing below. During whale season, sleep to the sounds of the newborn calves and their mothers.
On a private acre that is enclosed with 6 foot lava rock walls planted in booganvilia, the villa abuts a coconut palm forest, with no immediate neighbors on either side. The property is gated in 3 copper gates built by famed French sculptor Frederic Zimmer. Recently completed in 2008, the Villa offers Turkish travertine tile floors in every single room in the house, granite counters and window trim in every room. It is furnished in Tommy Bahama style high end tropical decor. The master bedroom includes a California King sized tempurpedic bed with high thread count decorator linens. The cozy den has a daybed if separate sleeping areas are desired. The bathroom is wrapped in exotic Travertine marble tile, including the ceiling! The shower has a whole body massage feature. The toilet has a built-in bidet, complete with washing amd drying mechanism and even a heated toilet seat!
The modern kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, an electric Gemini stove, dishwasher, microwave and high end cooking pots. There is a gas barbeque grill outside.
In the living room is a wall mounted 42" plasma TV with satellite dish and DVD player, 2 large sofas, a large chair and 2 ottomans. Each floor has an oceanfront lanai. Security alarm system and gated for your added security. This truly is a luxury you won't want to miss, with ocean views from every room and from three lanais.
