Beautiful and quiet two story penthouse in the Haudimar Beach Apartments community. This unit has the best view of the entire housing community and due to its location the most privacy as well. Located just a few steps from the beach and a short walk down the beach from World class Surfing at Jobos Beach. The Apartment has a pristine uninterrupted view of Jobos Beach, the Jobos Cliff side and even El Poso de Jacinto just behind the rocks of Jobos.

The Master Bedroom has it's own bathroom and access to the balcony on the lower level as well as a queen size bed. The first of the other bedrooms has a queen size bed and the second has two twin size beds.
It has a full kitchen that opens up into the lower level's living room and dining area. The Dining Area and Living room have access to the lower level's balcony.
The upper level contains a small game room with table and chairs, the third bathroom, and the upper level's Living room which contains the unit's television set. The television does not have cable or satellite instead there are several DVD's at the unit to pass the time ranging from relaxing romantic comedies to a collection of Bruce Lee films. Though we imagine that when renting this unit you'll spend little time watching television.
The Upper Level has access to the huge outdoor balcony where you can lay out on the hammock or just sit and read a book while watching the sunset.
The unit is located just 8 minutes from the Aguadilla airport (BQN) and the Borinquen Golf Club where you can enjoy a game of golf at a beautiful cliff side course with magnificent views of the ocean below and hundred year old ruins at the distance. The course is also on the site of World War II Anti-Aircraft gun emplacements. Some of the course's holes are near the now vacant sites of these emplacements.
Depending on how you will be arriving we can arrange for someone to be at the (BQN) airport when you arrive to hand over the key's to the unit as well as a map and friendly advice. If you are arriving via an other airport on the island we will arrange for the keys to be given to you at a location closer to the unit.
There is a $100 cleaning fee for each stay due when you are given the keys to the units
and a $60 deposit for any damages returnable to the renter at the end of the stay

If your interested in exploring the area we can set up guided horseback riding tours just down the beach from the unit. Explore the ever changing coastline and luscious vegetation from horseback.
If surfing is your focus then we can arrange for surfing lessons at Jobos Beach just a short walk from the Unit. Learn how to surf on the same beach as some of the world's top ranked surfers.
If a culinary exploration of the Island's cuisine is your interest then we can arrange for you to have a personal chef come over and cook dinner at the unit for you and your friends while you all enjoy that evening's ocean air and drink wine. Lets us know the number in your party and we will cater a meal guaranteed to leave everyone full.

Why the Owner Chose Isabela
This location is both beautiful and quiet. close enough to everything Aguadilla and Isabela have to offer but still very private.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There is a pool, a play area for children, a gym, a boardwalk by the ocean where you can picnic, two basketball courts, a tennis court, world class surfing down the beach and 5 minutes from both the airport and the nearby gold course on a cliff side overlooking the ocean and ruins of an old lighthouse.
World Class surfing in a small and friendly beach. Great restaurants in the area try Sonia Rican walk in there barefoot after a day on the beach and eat amazing Puerto Rican food
Great snorkeling or Scuba diving here, nice reef and even some underwater caves to explore
Destroyed in a hurricane in the early 1900's. The base and some surrounding walls still remain.
This is the nearest Airport to the rental property. 8 minutes from the unit and direct flights to Fort Lauderdal, Orlando, Newark, and others

Our family loves this unit. We used to have birthday parties and weekend gatherings there very often. It's location makes it great for a getaway. The community is mostly vacant and therefore very few tenants use the facilities so we often get the pool bar and pool house all to ourselves. The lack of neighbors makes it very private and the unit itself is one of the few with a private balcony the neighbors can't look into. Whatever the occasion or time of year this is a great unit.

Some friends and I came down for a long weekend to enjoy some surfing and beach time. We came in on a late night flight. Not only was one of the owners willing to meet us at the airport at 2 am to give us the keys and directions to the unit but they left a case of beer in the fridge for us. For the rest of our stay we didn't have to reach them with any questions or problems but I am sure if we did they would have been more than willing to help.

While the unit was up to date and had a great view, our group of six had a hard time relaxing during our 10-day stay. The beds were unmade, there were dirty dishes in the sink, and the dresser in the master bedroom had not been cleaned out when we arrived. We also ran out of toilet paper on the third day, and when I noticed an odd smell from the preheating oven, we found two dirty cooking pans, one full of used vegetable oil. We did eventually get the charcoal grill, but it was not there when we arrived. We had expected full access to the pool house and workout center, but found that they were locked each day we were there. Couple that with no television or internet, and the rainy days were quite unbearable. Again, the view from the balconies was nice -- I just wish there had been some furniture so that we could have enjoyed it for more than a few minutes. The condo is in a wonderful location for beautiful views and surfing, and there are some wonderful restaurants nearby, but if you're planning a week long stay, be sure to pack the essentials, and be prepared to drive quite a way to Puerto Rico's other attractions, like swimming beaches, San Juan, Arecibo... Overall, we would not recommend this condo in its current state.
Owner response:We are truly sorry that we were unable to provide them with the experience they desired. We have people clean the unit prior to every stay so any alleged smell or messiness is certainly anomalous. When they requested a grill we brought them one that very day. They made no other requests for us to comply with and we certainly wish they would have. The gym room can be unlocked on request and there are property staff on site to handle issues concerning the housing the community.

Had a wonderful time here. The place was very clean and well kept. Beautiful beaches and great food are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This unit was perfect. The views from both balconies was breathtaking. There is enough room for many more than the four of us that stayed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and the bathrooms had extra things just in case you forget something. We spent many nights on the top balcony watching the stars, enjoying the night breeze. This unit has the best view of all of the units. The pool was well taken care of. We will stay here again, the next time we come. Thanks John.

Great place to stay for our family of surfers. One of the best beaches on the North Coast, walking distance to two world class surf spots...Jobo's and Shacks Beach. The pool and reef right out front provided my wife and daughter with many hours of relaxation. The view of the rock at Jobo's made this apartment most appealing. One of the best places to stay in Puerto Rico.

Family of 5 stayed in late December and LOVED this place! It could easily sleep 9 people. Plenty of room and everything you need for a great vacation. A fantastic place to relax after a day exploring the island - awake to a breathtaking view of Puerto Rico's north shore just off your balcony or off your top floor sun deck! I want to go back.
