WOW!!! I just wanted to thank you and let you know that we had an AMAZING time! Your condo was perfect!!! The view, INCREDIBLE and the service, OUTSTANDING!!! Jami was great and welcoming. Jerome, i can't say enough about him, he was not only a great man, but he took such good care of us! He was a great way to start our day!!! Also, the maid service, was such a luxury! I actually wasn't expecting it but boy, what a treat! They were friendly, respectful and very helpful. It was so great to come home from a hot and FUN day in the sun, to a clean and tidy and suite with ample towels. Loved it! I am SO SAD to be home!!! I have to say Leanne, i am originally from South Africa and have travelled the world and this was HANDS DOWN, the most beautiful place i have EVER been too. It is a slice of paradise!! We already are planning our trip back.....this time...our family wants to come! They saw the pictures and heard about our exploring over the island and now they want to come!

Leanne, I just wanted to thank you so much for helping make our vacation the best ever!! Coral Gardens is truly a hidden gem, much nicer for the island in my estimation than the big high rise type developments that seem to be over running the island. The grounds and the building are beautiful, not run down at all like some of the trip adviser comments we read, and we found the entire facility to be so charming, well kept, and very friendly. The beach was never crowded, and we met some wonderful people that shared the same sentiments: clean, friendly, well kept and not crowded!! I don’t think there were ever any more than 20 people on the beach at any given time, and Jerome always had a sun shelter for us! You weren’t kidding when you said there was no better view on the island; our room had the view that you would expect to see on a postcard! Coral Garden’s exceeded my wife expectations, so I couldn’t be happier: “happy wife, happy life” I always say! With Coral Garden’s location on Provo, we were able to walk the beach at night to some of the finest restaurants, we were not aware that the dining would be as world class as it was. The Bay Bistro was unbelievable, and only took the most beautiful 20 minute walk under the stars to get there! We cannot wait to return, and the kids have already set up the “Coral Garden’s saving jar” on the counter. I have to wonder if people from Canada know that West Jet has direct flights from Toronto. This was a major factor for us traveling with 3 children: there in 4 hrs. With no connecting flights, the travel was fantastic. And Jerome is everything people said and then some! He always made you feel so welcome, and was so good with the kids. Save a spot on the beach for us next year Jerome, we are definitely planning to return soon.

My family, wife & 3 young daughters spent 2 weeks this time (August 2012) in the developer's penthouse grand suite. We just love being here for the 5th time in a row! Very special view of Grace Bay from the huge wrap-a-round balcony is to be had staying here on the top floor at Coral Gardens.Just out front is Bight Reef for the most popular snorkeling area on Provo. Seen a shark this time-a first! Staying here knowing what to expect with a 2200 sq. ft. unit gives us the open space to live for 2 weeks. Jerome is the resident beach master here as weel as all the other times we stayed. He knows us like a friend. Our 3 daughters just love the attention they receive at this resort. They feel special. This time we put 450 miles on our rental van going all over the island. We know Provo well and enjoy the happiness it brings us every time we are here. Everything is in place here. We still find it difficult to leave and make plans to come back within a few months. Best time to come is mid-August when it's low season.

Outside of the incredible view the real strength of this property was the location. It is right in front of the best beach snorkeling reef on the island. All the folks from other resorts drive or walk to coral gardens to snorkel here. Jerome and the other staff do a good job of keeping others from taking the chairs and umbrellas reserved for coral gardens guests we always had chairs and umbrella available. It is also central to grace bay. There is a dive provo satellite office on site. We dove with them and it is a great outfit with the nicest dive boat I have ever been on in my 80 plus dives. Another highlight on site is the somewhere cafe which might be the best casual dining on the island. People come from all over to eat there and we liked it. Also if you do the snuba because you are at the best reef the snuba is done right outside your condo. Between snorkeling and snuba on "our" reef we saw tons of fish a turtle lobsters an eel a reef shark some large stingrays a small octopus small barracuda grouper. The reef does have buoys on it to stop people from hurting the reef anymore but there are still plenty things to see. The only frustrating thing about the whole trip was watching people stand on the reef destroying it (usually visitors not coral gardens guests) trying to hold kids who can't even swim face in the water. The beach crew does a good job calling them out but with all the signs and bouys it does get old watching people break the rules. The pool in our area was about a 30 by 15 rectangle. The majority of our days were lounging on beach chairs under the umbrella grabbing our mask and fins every couple of hours for a snorkel. This is definitely a site where you don't need a car as reef restaurant dive shop and great beach are all on site and it is close to other restaurants if you want to walk.

We just got back from the Coral Gardens with my family of four. My wife and I and two daughters aged 9 and 11. We stayed it unit 1312 and they connect it to 1311 to make it a two bedroom condo. My family does one Caribbean trip a year as the wife and I are divers. The kids both love snorkeling and wanted to try snuba. Of the 20 or so locations I have stayed in the Caribbean this was our all around favorite. As for the condo itself it was in the building nearest to windsong. From what I can tell the two buildings near to windsong are identical and are three stories high with each story having two beach view condos with full wraparound decks. As I said before you can also add the small garden view room to each to make them 2 bedroom. The views from these beachfront decks is incredible. The doors for these balconies slide back on themselves to where you can make the unit completely open air if you want. The unit 1312 is huge full kitchen with stainless steel appliances nice bathroom with standup shower garden tub with shower handle, bedet, hair dryer soap shampoo towels sheets maid service pots pans etc. nice 50+ inch tv that we never turned on. Indoor and outdoor kitchen table. Nice comfortable king bed with many lighting options washer dryer and did I mention the view the view the view. If you were to stay in just 1311 it is basically like a hotel room with a king bed fully appointed bathroom there was a fridge and microwave in this room. It has a small balcony with a couple of chairs overlooking the spa not the beach. My kids loved this room and if you were on a budget and don't plan to spend a ton of time in your room it is a great option As for the staff, the highlight is probably Jerome the guy who minds the beach chairs. Jerome will get to know your family's names. He sets out the chairs for you every morning he will grab you a drink if you ask he keeps people from destroying the reef he can help you schedule any kind of activity you want. He even kept a watch on our kids one day for a couple of hours while they played on the beach and the wife and I went for an activity. The maid service was great Front desk folks are very nice and helpful. They give you a cellphone to use while on the island and you can buy a card for like 10 bucks

Just returned from one of the most beautiful, best-located condos we have ever rented! When considering our trip to Turks, we considered the top hotels, but the Penthouse at Coral Gardens stood out as an interesting alternative worth investigating. Ultimately, we chose the space and location of this condo over a traditional hotel, and it was the smartest thing we ever did for my wife, myself, and our two adult kids, age 20 and 24. Know up front that we have stayed at a lot of world class 5-Star properties, so our standards are not low. If you are willing to forego an army of wait staff in return for a real value and an amazing location, this is right up there! As you can see in the photos, the unit, view, and location are pretty unique. A wrap-around huge balcony with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls than can be pushed out of the way to create a wide open experience that will take your breath away. In addition to the one or two King bedrooms, you will have a large kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and big screen TVs in the living room and (both) bedrooms. Most importantly, you have about a 20 yard walk to what is arguably the clearest water and nicest beach in the Caribbean, with what the New York Times and others call the very best snorkeling reef in the world RIGHT OUT YOUR DOOR. There is free wifi in the cabin and great TV channel variety….and they will either inexpensively rent you a cot/airbed in you need more than two Kings…or one of your kids might prefer to bunk in the large couch in front of the big screen in the living room. The pool is small but clean and more than adequate to take a dip into rinse off the salt water on your way back into the unit each evening. There is a great beach bar that is recommended by most locals called SOMEWHERE right next store to the unit…but we usually ventured further out to great restaurants. While rental cars are not inexpensive in Providenciales, you likely want one for evenings, despite driving on the left. One key point about Coral Gardens—not all rooms are created equally, and there are TWO MANAGEMENT COMPANIES. Leanne controls the two PENTHOUSE units, and those are what you want. If you don’t call the 800 number and ask for Leanne specifically, you will likely get the other company, and they likely won’t advise you of your mistake! (Tell her that I sent you and give her our best! She provided personal attention to ensure we had a great time!)

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

"Ahhh...it is the best beach in the world" Just vacationed in Providenciales, renting via vrbo 226056 #1311/12 this Coral Gardens Unit. It's as fabulous as it looks, very relaxing, plenty of room for our family of 5. The beach is gorgeous, the weather was gorgeous and while the cost of food is astronomical (even at the grocery store), it's worth it for a wonderful vacation.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The ocean front room and balcony overlooking the beach were outstanding. Mathew, Jerome and the whole staff were vey attentive and made us feel welcomed and cared for. Mathew, in particular, was a great host who seemed genuinely interested in our well being and in making sure we had a great visit. Leanne was great to book with. This is a great choice if, like us, you like to be able to snorkle from the beach. There is a reef directly in front of it.

“I would come again” Reviewed 9 December 2011 Well I have read lots onTrip Advisor about this place but all I can tell you is I am a princess and I LOVED it here. We have stayed at the Turks and Caicos Club a few years ago and it was great but this place for the view and the management is fantastic. I couldn't say anything bad other than the washer and dryer weren't the best but hey who wants to do laundry We stayed here for a month and let me tell you the view, Matthew, Newon and Jerome couldn't do enough for us. Leanne was great in the booking and we had the best time here. Lots to do or not to do, we loved the following restaurants, Lemon, Opus(go there and sit in Newon's area he works there at night), we also like Coyaba, Mango Reef but honestly I don't think you can go wrong anywhere on this Island. We rented at car from Grace Bay Rentals - we had a hoot driving around and exploring. Matthew(Manager) was fantastic he took the two guys out on a personal diving trip twice and then a beach dive once - where else can you get that honestly. All I can say about staying here is I would do it again in a heartbeat, not sure why some people don't like it - if you want stuffy, high maintenance people this isn't the place to go. The manager party is a great place to meet your neighbors, part of me things I shouldn't tell people about it because I WILL be back. Ease of booking Directions to the property Key pickup/access to the property Overall condition Quality of bedding/mattresses Kitchen/utensils quality Cleanliness of bathroom Quality of facilities/amenities Service Liked best: Matthew, Newon, Jerome and Leanne all fantastic to work with and have fun with, and the view oh my god fantastic Liked least: washer and dryer Travelling group: With Spouse/Partner My age: 50-64 Would I recommend this holiday rental to my best friend? Yes. Recommended for: Friends getaway Older travelers Families with young children The property was "as advertised". I recommend the location. The property was a good value for the price paid. The property provided wifi/internet access.

We stayed in combined suites 1301/1302 Dec 27 to Jan 3. We wholeheartedly recommend staying in what we believe is the best condo in this resort since it is a huge tastefully furnished 3rd floor penthouse with up-to-date appliances and granite counters right on the ocean, with a panoramic west view (meaning sunset views!). The sliding glass doors fully open to a huge wrap-around balcony, and because of the western exposure, we could actually sunbathe from the balcony on the lovely patio furniture for most of the afternoon! The complex itself is very low-key and so quietly civilized compared to what seemed to be the overcrowded other resorts in the area. We never worried about getting a lawn chair at the pool or on the beach. The stretch of beach from the resort west toward Turtle Cove was amazing for daily walks, as it was never busy (in fact, almost deserted in parts!) compared to the stretch of beach in the other direction where resort after resort full of people populated the beach. We enjoyed the ability of each person to make their own breakfast whenever they chose to wake up, and to munch at lunch or nibble on pre-dinner appetizers and drinks whenever they wanted (IGA was very well stocked), and chose to dine out at different excellent restaurants every night. Our favorites, although not inexpensive, were truly memorable: Coyaba, Magnolia, and Coco Bistro. In order to book this specific condo, you need to book through coralgardens.com (Leanne) which had very responsive on-site staff (Rashad and Reggie) and daily housekeeping that accommodated our wish to clean up after 1:30 each day when our teenagers would finally be awake!
