This spacious six bedroom home is located one short block from the beach. Whether you are relaxing in the sun or enjoying an afternoon beverage, you and your guests will wish you would have booked this luxurious home longer.
This home features a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a wetbar, a breakfast nook, gourmet cookware, gleaming hardwood floors and an abundance of cabinet space. How could we forget the back deck, it is ideal for late afternoon sun and outdoor dining.
The first floor also includes a grand dining room to accommodate a large gathering. The comfortable living room provides ample seating, flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound Bose stereo system, gas fireplace and built-in bookcases. The hand-crafted bookcases are overflowing with books, games and puzzles for that rainy afternoon.
The second floor includes three bedrooms. The master suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom, and a private shaded porch. The other two bedrooms share a modern bathroom. The third floor provides three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. All six bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioned units to provide individual comfort.
One last addition, we provide private off-street parking for three with additional on-street parking readily available.
