Our two cottages at Summer Village is located in a fun-filled vacation community located minutes from the beaches in Wells/Oquinquit/and Moody beach.
Our privately owned two bedroom cottage comes fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. You will not find any other cottages like ours.We have customed designed each cottage. We offer high ceilings, granite countertops in the kitchen with tiled backsplash, tiled bathroom, custom lighting and a three-season porch make our cottages a gracious, and relaxing retreat.
Our cottage is at a very desirable location. We are approximately 500 feet from the main recreation area: pools, pavilion, playground and activity courts.

Why the Owner Chose Wells
We decided to purchase these cottages because we have been going to Wells since 1991. We use to camp at the Wells Beach campground. In 2006 we came across the cottages at Summer Village and loved everything that the complex had to offer. We were so excited about the property that we purchased two cottages. We love coming to Wells with our 3 children and have our family and friends come over. We are from Connecticut and when we want to do a quick getaway we jump in our car which takes no more then 3 hours to get too. If you have never experience Maine this is the time to come and enjoy yourself with everything that Maine can offer. So don't hesitiate to contact us today to book your dream vacation.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
The complex has many amenities to offer our guests. We have 3 pools(1 heated),tennis and basketball courts,bocci,putting green,pavillion that offers special activites throughout the summer months,outdoor movie night with free popcorn on Friday nights,kids activities,excerise room,sauna,arcade,and baseball field.
