  Thank you to the Wells family. We had a wonderful week at your condo. It was very well-appointed and comfortable. We really appreciate how accomodating you were since most all rentals on the Island are either Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Having arrived on a Friday allowed for more fun than travel time. Hope to see you next summer.

  We had a very nice stay with our children and their grandparents (6 of us together.) We spent more time in the condo than expected when our daughter got sick for a couple of days so we appreciated having a comfortable place to call home. Everything we might need was there, including books, nice big TV's, and a nicely equipped kitchen for meal time. The proximity to Tarpon Bay Rd. turned out to be a big plus since it makes for quick trips to Periwinkle Dr., Tarpon Bay, Ding Darling, and the road to Captiva. When I had to make a late night run for children's cold medicine I was back in 15 minutes and when the sun came up there was a nice long bike path to explore. Recommended outings include Tarpon Bay Explorers (Nature Cruises, fishing, and kayaks to rent on a protected body of water,) Ding Darling Preserve, and of course the beach and pool. There are beach toys in the unit's outdoor closet and Point Santo does a nice job of maintaining the grounds. Recommended dining - Blue Giraffe, Timbers, and for a special date night - Mad Hatter near the Captiva bridge. Nothing but high marks for Point Santo, Sanibel Island, and our host Gordon - who was so nice to deal with. Thanks again.

  This was our first visit to Sanibel Island. We felt so lucky to have rented this condo. The owners were so helpful and easy to contact. Gordon made sure that we had arrived safely and found everything we needed. The condo was just beautiful with plenty of room for our family of 6. The unit was even more lovely than the listing photos!! The kitchen was very well equipt for all our needs. The views from the lanai were gorgeous. The grounds were also beautiful and well maintained. I loved the outdoor grills which we used often. The close proximity to the beach made for easy access multiple times a day - we would go shelling in the morning, swimming throught the day and gorgeous walks on the beach in the evening. The heated pool was a favorite with my 4 children. We also used the two bikes everyday on the bike paths around the island. We did rent bikes for the week for the kids from the local rental shop which was easy and affordable. The condo was in an excellent location and we could easily bike to two grocery stores and many shops. We were also near the J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge and we spent a morning doing a guided kayak tour in the refuge which we all loved. We went to the farmers market near City Hall on Sunday morning - what a treat - we bought fresh seafood and lots of produce. My 13 y/o daughter said it was the most fabulous vacation ever - which is high praise from a teenager. None of us wanted the week to end and we will definitely return in the future. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!!

  Gordon is a gem. He's extremely helpful with arrangements of all sorts. His instructions are meticulous and everything is precisely as described. If anything, the condo is even better than the photos or the descriptions. Even though the unit is set back on the 3rd floor, the lakes and the actual Gulf together make it seem that you're ALWAYS on the water. Very spacious layout with exceptional decorating. The kitchen was well appointed. We could have used a potholder occasionally, but otherwise it was fun to cook when we did. We returned to the beach again and again to hike and retreated to the pool to cool off from the sun, but the Sanibel beaches are the main attraction. Personally, I though the bikes were great and got out a lot on one to the trails. Ding Darling Nature Preserve is a marvelous feature of Sanibel. Don't miss it. Thanks, Gordon. Great place.

  We had an excellent stay and very much liked the condo as well as Pointe Santo. The condo was very clean and we very much felt at home after few days. We will definitely come back!

  Thank you so much to the Wells! Their condo is wonderful - everything we thought it would be and more! I love the personable communication prior to the stay and their follow up, ensuring that all went well! Sanibel and Pointe Santo holds memories near and dear to my family and we look foward to visiting and staying in Gordon and MK's condo several years to come! We are already planning for next year!!   We loved this condo. My family was so impressed when we first entered the condo. My fiancée’s exact words were "wow, you did good honey!" She had never been to Sanibel and the view from our condo was probably the best out of any of the condos in the complex. The condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean. Everything we needed was right there. I fished a few mornings right on the beach in front of the condo's just casting a jig and rubber shad/minnow and caught ladyfish, seatrout and Spanish mackerel. My daughter and I saw a giant black shark about 15 feet long and a smaller 6 footer swimming by while we casted our lines in knee deep water in front of the condo. The shelling was great as always and I can't wait to come back. My wife and I were married right on the condo grounds by the pool. Our bed was huge and so comfortable. Everything was fantastic. I can't wait to come back. Gordon was so quick when I had any questions and was so professional and polite. He made me feel very comfortable about everything going way beyond just renting a condo. Thank you so much Mr. and Mrs. Wells! The Jacksons will be back!

  Thank you for a wonderful week in Sanibel. Your condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was exactly as described and in fantastic condition. We really enjoyed playing on the beach ,swimming in the pool, and then coming "home" to enjoy a peaceful evening of playing one of the many board games or reading a good book. Our six year old daughter truly enjoyed the many children's books about ocean life. Many evenings we just stayed in and cook a delicious meal on the grill or in the well equipped kitchen. Thank you again and we hope to return in the future. The Gwynne Family

  This condo was the perfect place for a mother/daughter vacation. We loved having the two separate bedrooms and baths and sitting on the patio in the morning with our breakfast. We had perfect weather - low 80's and sunny every day. Enjoyed the pool every day and then shopping later in the day and dinner out. The condo is equipped with everything you can possibly need and is very clean and well furnished. The pictures on the website are exactly what you will see when you arrive. Gordon was very accomodating with all of the arrangements. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to relax.
