We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. The home owner was very accommodating. Very good with communication and instructions. The views are great and the location is very convenient to town. The pictures and description are accurate. The only downside is being 3 floors, you have to walk up stairs, but good exercise. We will definitely be coming back and staying again.

In March we returned for our second visit to this condo in Hiawassee. WE all enjoyed the comfort and convience on this location. The unit is well maintained and always found clean and tastefully decorated. The floor plan is excellent for a family or several couples. Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bath allowing everyone the privacey they may need. The family area and kitchen are all large enough so all can gather to enjoy time playing games, watching a movie and just catching up. The view of the lake and the mountains is awsome and a great place to just get away from the city enjoy God's nature. As for our family when we think of visiting Hiawass or other locations in the area we know where to find our vacation home. WE will be returning in the fall and I am already looking forward to returning to this unit and having a great relaxing vacation. The owner and the property manager are so cooperative and will go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

We had a great time at the Lake Chatuge condo. As described, we had plenty of room and all of the amenities of home. The owner was flexible and what a great price! We would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake.

We just returned from our second vacation in this fabulous condo, and we are already looking forward to our third visit next fall! The website photos do a fair job of capturing the beauty of this location, but you must stay here to experience the comfort, luxury, cleanliness and convenience of this "home away from home." You won't find a nicer location with a secure WiFi connection, and three bedrooms, each with a private bath and flat screen TV, at any price! We made our annual trip to Unicoi State Park in Helen to hike around the lake and dine at the luncheon buffet. On this perfect fall day, the annual Woodturners' Symposium was showcasing amazing wood art in the lodge. We also enjoyed Mary's Southern Grill, our favorite spot to dine in Hiawassee, several times during this very memorable week!

Last Minute Family Memoridal Day Getaway!

The owner was great to work with! The rental process was super easy. We enjoyed having access to a boat slip and rented a pontoon boat one day and jet ski the next day. Lots of water fun for our family. Everything is exactly as described. We especially appreciated access to the life jackets. Thanks for everything; I'm sure we will be back!

Rented this property for a family reunion. It was all that is shown and more. Well built condo, quiet complex, extremely well maintained. The pictures are exactly what is depicted and more. We had beautiful spacious living room, dining room. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in- the weather was cooler than anticipated so we had to be in condo more than planned and it was delightful - we were not running all over one another. The bedrooms were great with TV and dvd player in each. Very nicely furnished. Master bedroom and bath HUGE, HUGE. Could not say enough good about this condo- we now want to plan a summer vacation and come here longer than just a week-end!! All went well everything we were told was exactly as stated. No unexpected problems!! Rent this condo and I guarantee you will be pleased!!

What a great time we just had our 4th stay at this condo! The owner does everything to make a wonderful stay, great customer service, and all fully modern! Even the coffee maker, grinds and provides temperature settings! Talk about a fresh cup of coffee! Right off the main road, no steep driveways! Great area for hiking, and easy to get to.

We will search no more for vacation accommodations in the mountains! This condo is fabulous! The quality furnishings and bedding offer all the comfort and conveniences of home! The unit provides spacious privacy, full bathrooms, and flat-screen TVs with DVD players in each of the three bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked with every convenience and appliance that one might need. The great room provides comfortable space and seating around a beautiful stone fireplace and large flat screen TV with cable. Internet access is a must for us, and it is here, too! We really appreciated access to the garage to keep our vehicle cool and protected during our stay. The paved access and central location are really a plus and put us near all of our favorite destinations. When we come to the mountains in the future, this is where we hope to stay! : )

Great access to lake & town + lovely sunsets

We brought our boat up and docked at the enlclosed dock for the week, wake boarded, tubed, played golf @ Chatuge Shores (great course!), and just relaxed. The condo was very clean, modern and very convenient. PLUS it is a GREAT deal!! Owners were very helpful when my 18 year old broke his leg at a soccer tournament in May and we had to push our rental dates from week of 4th of July to Mid August. You won't be disappointed!

Hiawassee condo on Lake Chatuge

We had a wonderful time in Hiawassee. We loved the condo and the kids had a great time kayaking on Lake Chatuge. We also went hiking on the Appalachian Trail and my son played golf at a nearby golf course. He shot his best game ever!

Our get-away to your Lake Chatuge Condo was perfect. The comfortable beds, complete kitchen, linens and towels made this feel like home. I liked the proximity to great restaurants & big screen TV/dvd players in all rooms - and the kids loved the 2 kayaks provided. We will be back!

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and was more than we expected. The scenery and lake views were gorgeous. Five minutes to town, groceries, dining, theatre, fishing, Mtn. Fair, everything was convenient. Washer and dryer was a plus, the furishings were beautiful, love the remote control gas fireplace. The Owners were wonderful and we will return again.

"We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights and truly enjoyed it. The place is well kept and nicely accommodated. Bedding, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and condo was plenty big for our party of 6 individuals. The floorplan was ideal for 2-3 couples or 2 small families. The gas fireplace was awesome and added a great ambiance to the condo. I have nothing negative or recommendations for the condo. For the location and price, I felt I truly got my monies worth."

This condo was a wonderful surprise. It has a gorgeous view of the mountains and Lake Chatuge. It is beautifully decorated - loved the leather sofas in front of the fireplace. All first class furnishings, even a remote control fireplace and whirlpool tub. Everything you would need is provided. Deep water boat slip right behind condo. Restaurants and shopping within a couple of miles. The owner was easy to talk to and eager to please. We can't wait to go back.
