FEATURES: Fully furnished with linens, towels, dishes, cookware and utensils, coffee maker, central air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, kitchens equipped with microwave, dishwasher, and other small appliances, washer and dryer.
Compliance with Rules and Regulations :

Having this home in the more secluded area of New Smyrna allows you too feel as if your actually further away on vacation that you would imagine. The beach is a section that does not allow driving and makes for a very safe place for children.

This beach house was amazing. The private beach and easy access allowed our family to enjoy a peaceful week by the ocean. The location was great, condo was great, and the renters were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent from them again!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The views of the Atlantic Ocean from this fabulous three story home are wonderful and relaxing. Our family enjoyed this property greatly. The owners were very accomodating. The hot tub and sauna room were almost as relaxing as the ocean views from the second and third floors!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
