We are the Spur of the Moment Associates! We bought the Hideout at a public sale and had no intention of buying anything! We didn't even have a check book with us! Luckily, another set of friends were along, they are the couple in the middle, and she had a checkbook and the Spur of the Moment Associates were formed!
