Fantastic place, fantastic owners. Couldn't have had a better place to stay while in Moab. This condo was quiet, clean, comfortable and the views from the patio were unbelievable, We watch the sun rise over the Lasal's each morning. Can't wait for our next visit to Moab which we will see about staying here again but for longer;) Can't go wrong with this condo.

Great condo, very comfortable, had everything we needed. Close to town but not close enough to the highway to hear traffic. Will be staying here again but longer than the 6 nights we just had. Thanks Troy for a great place to stay.

We cannot say enough how thoroughly impressed we were with Troy and the condo itself! Troy was amazing to work with from the very start, and was always very willing to answer questions and help us with our planning. He always got back to me within a couple hours, if not minutes of any email I sent him. The condo was stocked with everything we might have needed; from kitchen utensils to toys to extra towels and blankets. It was spotless and very well maintained. We had two families and the two main bedrooms were perfect for the adults, while the room with two sets of bunk-beds was awesome for the kids! There could not have been a more perfect set-up. It was a beautiful unit and very comfy, close to shopping and parks but far enough away for peace and quiet. Next time we go to Moab we will definitely be staying here again! :)

We had a great time staying here for 3 nights in September, 2011. The condo was clean, has high ceilings and was very spacious. It's very near a golf course. We also toured Canyonlands, Arches, and Dead Horse Point parks - all of which are spectacular. Highly recommend!

Great home base for fun around Moab

Tastefully decorated rental just south of Moab with an outstanding view!! The property is well equipped and even has extras like a box of toys for the kids, movies and a nice selection of games. Troy was very helpful in regards to activities in and around the Moab area making it much easier to plan our trip ahead of time. We spent a week in Moab and didn't run out of things to do!! One of our favorites was hiking up Whale Rock in Canyonlands National Park. After a day of hiking and site seeing it was so nice to be able to come back and relax and swim and fix dinner in our own place. I would definitely rent this property again!!

Fantastic Place to stay in Moab

I've rented this place two times now and just love staying there. It's just a few minutes out of town so it's quiet with a great view of the LaSal mountains. It is immaculate and exceptionally well-furnished. We like having our breakfast at the big table on the patio as the sun comes over the mountains. I've rented quite a few times through vrbo and this is my favorite of all of them. We'll be back. Thanks Troy!

We have stayed here twice - we really appreciate the bunks, movies, stools & kid dishes. We just discovered the box of toys in the closet, too. The condo makes a great use of space and two families could easily stay here without feeling cramped. Thank you so much!

Excellent condo in Moab area, we had a fantastic time there. Fully equiped including a natural gas fed BBQ so no concerns about running out of propane. Nice to have a garage to store expensive mountain bikes and equipment. The directions that Troy sent were complete, there was no need to ask any questions as they were answered on his information sheet. We had the option of eating out or eating in and did both which was great.

Awesome stay in Moab!!!

The condo was everything we had hoped for. Great separate bed space for four men and plenty of room in the condo to hang out. Everything was very clean. Nice large two car garage (with remote door opener) for loading and unloading , great patio with gas grill that we used to cook out, great views of rim and La Sal Mtns, and yes you can see the milky way with all the stars just outside of Moab. Ate at Moab Brewery, Eddie McStiff's and Pasta Jays (all great). Easy access to Arches Park, Island in the Sky back through Moab, and then South to Needles where we did some once in a lifetime long day hikes. Troy was very helpful for all sorts of information, and nice touch by having the City Market members card on the house key. Would definitely stay again on return to Moab and recommend highly to all.

Great place for vacation

It is a cozy home with best location: a short commute to the Arches NP, and very close to restaurants, bars and shopping center. And I really enjoyed the view of canyons when I washed the dishes, the first time I found dish washing can be a fun activity:P.

We, a family with 4 kids from the Netherlands, say: this house is really perfect for a great holiday. Everything you need for a vacation is available: beautiful and spacious / comfortable house, nice area, close to National parks, very nice pool. So one week in Moab is far to short. Troy was very easy to work with, even providing all kind of information what to do in Moab! I can recommend this house to every one

Very Comfortable Condo

Nine of us stayed in this condo 3 nights from July 6 - 9. It is exactly as described and just a few miles south of town in a quiet area. Furnishings are excellent and the kitchen has everything you would need. The owner also provides an extensive list of things to do in the Moab area. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to Moab.

Quick trip to Moab

Our family went to Moab for a couple of days during Spring Break. We were fortunate enough to stay here. Before the trip, we received emails from the owner with great ideas of things to do while in Moab. The unit was in terrific shape, and was very clean. While we happened to be there over a couple of cold days, it was still perfect. I definitely recommend staying here!! Thanks for making this a great trip.

This condo was great for toddlers. They have sleds and cool plastic jeeps to play on. Bunk beds and lots of great kid movies! Plastic cups & bowls.. and even stools in the bathrooms. Thank you so much for making our stay so convenient!

We have been to Moab only twice, and stayed in a Rim Village condo both times. Nothing wrong with the first condo, but we definitely prefer this condo, mainly because of the layout. The living area is a very nice size and will seat many folks. The condo is very nicely supplied, with just about everything needed (except, of course, food). The rooms are comfortable and roomy. While there were just the two of us this trip, the 3 bedrooms would easily have accommodated another couple, plus some children. Troy was very easy to work with, even providing ideas of things to do in the area, along with documentation and pictures! And we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and will definitely be back - hopefully soon!!

My wife and I, along with her brother and his wife, had a wonderful weekend in Moab. The condo was much larger than we expected and was equipped with everything we needed to relax for a few days away from our kids. The transaction was completed smoothly. We rented a Jeep and did some mild rock crawling. I am hooked and will probably come back!

We have been going to Moab for 25 years (camping) and I would have to say that this was the 1st time I really was on vacation in Moab. This condo was perfect! Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed barbequing, watching movies & swimming. Troy made everything so smooth as far as the reservation, etc. We enjoyed getting out in the Jeep and riding the 4 wheelers. Most of all enjoyed the condo! Thanks for a great place to stay, I can now say I was on vacation in Moab!

Three families - ten of us total, stayed at U2 for the weekend. The condo is clean, extreamly comfortable, tastefully decorated and the views out the living window -- awesome!! We had plenty of parking for our jeeps too! We can't wait for our return!

Nine of us (three families)shared this beautiful condo during Montana's spring break and it couldn't have been more perfect for our needs. We grilled and ate outside on the patio every night after hiking all day. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the surroundings were lovely. We returned home feeling refreshed and renewed...until the next day when we awoke to a foot of snow on the ground. This was our first time using vrbo to plan a vacation and we couldn't be happier. All of us give these accommodations two thumbs up.
