A built in audio system pipes music throughout this level and also to the main deck off the dining and great room. This floor contains 2 additional bedrooms, a powder room and a full bath.
The Master suite is on the third level with a Jacuzzi tub, large shower and its own private deck. The fenced back yard offers a patio with chaise lounges and additional seating. The house offers 3 decks to enable you to relax in sun or shade. Built in 2004 it has been immaculately maintained and is rented for just a few weeks each summer. Rentals are for a minimum of 7 days with a discount if the house is rented for a 2 week period.
