This home offers a fresh and inviting interior, and a quiet location on 11th Street in Avalon's North End, just 2 blocks from the beach. It is just around the corner from Public recreation facilities with tennis and basketball courts, ball fields and a playground. The interior includes 3 stories with a first floor family room, 2 bedrooms each with private bath and a powder room.
The second floor great room is accented by an upscale kitchen, with central island, granite counters and a soaring cathedral ceiling. A built in audio system pipes music throughout this level and also to the main deck off the dining and great room. This floor contains 2 additional bedrooms, a powder room and a full bath.
The Master suite is on the third level with a Jacuzzi tub, large shower and its own private deck. The fenced back yard offers a patio with chaise lounges and additional seating. The house offers 3 decks to enable you to relax in sun or shade. Built in 2004 it has been immaculately maintained and is rented for just a few weeks each summer. Rentals are for a minimum of 14 days.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute of it. The home is absolutely beautiful - more like a real home than a vacation property. It was everything a family could want - beautiful kitchen easy to cook in for large families, 5 very large bedrooms most of which had their own private bath and a fabulous master suite. If you need to get away from crying grandchildren, this spot on the third floor was a wonderful haven - couldn't even hear the crying!!!! It's also an easy walk to the beach! To our amazement, I loved the North end of Avalon. This home is on a street that is very quiet (all night), close to the beach and the playground and easy walking distance into town. We enjoyed our early morning walks with the grandchildren to town and then defintiely those after dinner walks for ice cream! All around - a great place to rent and have a memorable summer family vacation!!!!!!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our stay in this home was wonderful. The home is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, located in a quiet, yet convenient area of Avalon. The owners take great pride in this house - a five star recommendation!
