Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental featuring great indoor and outdoor spaces surrounded by tall pines. Five minutes to the Grand Canyon Railway, 25 minutes to Flagstaff, and minutes away to any one of six lakes. Enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing, trips to the Grand Canyon and camp fires and BBQs under the beautiful Arizona sky.
Located on over one acre, this 1500 square foot home is located at 7000 feet in the tall pines, between Flagstaff and Williams, the Gateway to the Grand Canyon. This home is beautifully decorated and fully furnished. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two full baths, a comfortable family room with wood stove connected to the kitchen and dining area, and a huge wooden deck surrounding the back and side of the house. Other amenities include Satellite TV, a Rainbow kids play set with 3 swings, slide and sand box, and two DVD players, one in the family room and one in the bunk bed room.
Sleeping amenities include King size Sleep Number bed in the master, bunk beds with Full size on the bottom and twin on top, and Queen size bed in 3rd bedroom.
The large deck and barbeque are perfect for dinners after a long day of sight seeing. Your family and friends will enjoy the outdoor spaces and roasting marshmallows by one of the two fire pits.
If you like to ski, Snow Bowl is just 30 minutes away. Oak Hill Snowplay area is within 10 minutes as well as fishing, biking, quadding, and a variety of other family activities including the Deer Farm, a children's petting zoo. Just 10 minutes from Route 66 in historic downtown Williams, AZ, and the Grand Canyon Railway where you can take a ride on the Polar Express during the holidays or take the historic train to the Grand Canyon.

We are quite well-traveled, and have stayed at a variety of hotels, condos, and rental homes. We stayed here because it was to be our home base for exploration of the Grand Canyon, Sedona, etc. I have to say, the home was exactly as advertised, and we were very happy. We went to the nearby Safeway to stock up on food (although there was already a lot of food and other supplies ready for us when we arrived), and that's basically all we needed to do. After long, fulfilling days of exploration, we returned to the welcoming comfort of this quiet refuge. Highly recommend.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our experience here was super! The house was clean and well stocked with extra blankets, pillows, full kitchen needs, and even lots of toys and games for the kids! It feels like you are out in the country, but if you forgot anything, downtown Williams is only 5 minutes away. We would definitely love to come up again and enjoy this cabin!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family of 5 and another family of 5 stayed in this place for The Polar Express. It was such a great expeience. Carolyn was very easy to work with and everything was just as she said it would be. They have a great mud room to take off snowy boots and clothes and the place was just the perfect size. Make sure you have 4 wheel drive if you plan to go during the winter months. We go to The Polar Express every year and this was the first time we did not stay at the train station hotel. I will always stay at this cabin from now on. It was really great and very convenient to get to the train depot. Enjoy!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Your cabin home is a relaxing, comfortable place to enjoy with family and friends. The cabin was very clean and well cared for. "The Grand Canyon Railway is located just 10 minutes from our place. If you enjoy the adventure of riding a train to the Grand Canyon and spending most of the day this will be great for you. If you want more freedom to come and go as you please, you may want to drive to the park yourself. This adventure starts at 9 a.m. and doesn't return to Williams until 7 p.m."
