Newly remodeled end unit Townhome less than a mile off Hwy 17. Easy access to downtown as well as beaches, shopping, golfing, dining and all the Charleston area has to offer.
Area is quiet and very centrally located on the Charleston side of I-526.
Corian countertops, ceramic tile floors in kitchen, dining, foyer, laundry room, and bathrooms. Brazilian cherry hardwoods in the family room with carpet in upstairs bedrooms. Heavy moldings throughout give elegant feel. Fireplace in family room. Cable TV with TV's in both bedrooms and family room. (Flat panel TV's in one bedroom and family room) Stereo system with CD Player and Ipod dock and in wall speakers in the family room. Community pool on site.
Perfect for couples. Bedrooms are upstairs and both have private baths. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs. Owners want to accommodate and will help with maps, directions and recommendations if needed.

Why the Owner Chose Mount Pleasant
Although this was not purchased as a vacation home, the location played a big part in the purchase of my home. It is very convienent to downtown Charleston as well as Sullivans Island and the Isle of Palms. It is a very quiet location yet is so close to Hwy 17 (the coastal hwy).

We are locals here in Mt. Pleasant and live and work less than 5 minutes away from our rental. This was actually my wife's home before we got married and we're keeping it in hopes that her dad will move to our area. I have lived here and owned my own business in Mt. Pleasant for over 15 years and had no idea the need for this type of vacation home was as great as it was. We have has great response and all of our guests have been so thoughtful and extremely nice. We have had alot of fun providing our guests with a quality rental down to the little extras to help you feel at home. We love to travel so when you walk into our home it will be a place we would want to stay at ourselves.

Great vacation Get Away

Roger & Katie...thank you so much for opening your home for guests visiting the Charleston area. It was great to "come home" each evening after a wonderful time sightseeing. We enjoyed all of the "extras" you provide...the fresh fruit & flowers, the GPS and the sightseeing tips, the sodas and Pinot Grigio wine - great selection for August when it's warm....and don't forget the wonderful cookies!!! We enjoyed dinner at the Water's Edge on Shem Creek...great seafood, Bubba Gumps and Hyman's Seafood Market. The carriage ride though Charleston, the mansion tours and walking on the beach at Isle de Palms were among the treasures we discovered in Charleston and our husbands enjoyed touring the USS Yorktown. The highlight of our trip was a private sailboat harbor cruise for 4. Not only was it a beautiful night, Captain Mike & his wife, Michelle, through Captain's Source.....were great guides (natives of Charleston), beautiful boat...we highly recommend it....definitely worthwhile doing. We had a great time and loved the accomodations. When we left and flew back to Nebraska, I left several pair of sandals. Roger & Katie were so kind to UPS them to me and would not take any money for the shipping. We definitely plan to go back to the Charleston area in the spring when the azaleas are bloom and will definitely stay in your vacation home again. Thank you so much!!!! Don & Esther

This property was wonderful! Clean, close to everything, easy to find. The photos truly reflect how immaculate this property was. The owner had a great book of hints on dining, tried several. The little extras were nice, fruit, cookies, wine, pop, coffee, thank you.

Our vacation experience in this townhome was absolutely excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed being greeted with fresh flowers, cookies, and fruit. The townhome was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The refrigerator was stocked with Coca Cola and wine. In addition, the townhouse was conveniently located to all the sites we came to Charleston to see, such as The Market Place, Fort Moultrie, and the surrounding islands. Our favorite restaurants were Waters Edge on Shems Creek, Sticky Fingers Barbeque on John Dodds Blvd. and Bubba Gumps at the Market. This neighborhood was quiet among its permanent homeowners, and we fully respected that. We will make future plans to visit again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Roger & Katie, Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home. You have mase it such a welcome place with so many details. (Lights on when we arrived, snacks in the kitchen, fresh flowers, .....) We could go on and on. This house is very convienent to everything. We did Patriots Point, Boone Hall, Magnolia, Palm Isle Beach, the Hunley and of course downtown. Your house is incredibly clean and the large fluffy towels were spa-like. We enjoyed being here as much as sightseeing in Charleston. Again, thank you and have a wonderful year.

Roger & Katie, Stephen and I could not have asked for a more wonderful place to stay. Not only was everything you added - the refreshments and such - totally unexpected but the place was very comfortable and in such a wonderful location! We visited the Okra Grill, downtown Charleston, and of course Boone Hall Plantation for the wedding. All were delightful. I assure you we willl return!!
