Located in the golf course community of Verrado (home of the Raven Golf Club - ranked by Golf Digest as the #1 course in Phoenix in May 2008), our southwest-style home backs onto a natural wash area plus has an additional heavily planted area (saguaros, palo verde and acacia trees) adjacent to the courtyard.
Our home features 2 large guest bedrooms, each with Queen bed and one with ensuite, and an extra large Master Bedroom with huge ensuite comprising soaker tub, separate walk-in shower, separate toilet room, large walk-in closet. The kitchen is a chef's dream. Top-of-the-line stainless steel GE Advantage appliances (gas cook top, wall oven, built-in microwave, fridge with water/ice dispenser and wine chiller). SPORTS FANS: Arena (Phx Coyotes), University of Phoenix Stadium (AZ Cardinals), NASCAR - less than 20 minutes away. Cactus League Spring Training - about 25 minutes away. Phx Suns/Diamondbacks about 30 minutes.

We have stayed here twice (2010 and 2011.) This has been the perfect place for us and we could not have asked for a better place to stay in Buckeye/Verrado. The weather was amazing (for those who need sunshine!) and the pool/hot tub were just what we needed to enjoy the desert sunshine! This is the place to go when you just need to get away, relax and spend quality time with your family. The desert views are spectacular and the the privacy is wonderful. The street is quiet and hardly traveled and the property is beautiful and well kept (and exactly as advertised.) Beautifully appointed, accessible, and has everything you would have in your own home (and more!) The owners thought of everything for this place. Thank you for sharing this with us - it is a real gem and we will be back again!

Just spent two weeks in this wonderful home. Even though the golf course was closed due to overseeding while we were there (and we love to golf), we still had a great visit largely because of the excellent overall quality of this home. I would definitely second the opinion of the three reviews that precede this one. You can't go wrong with this rental

This home was first class. It was new, spotless and extremely well decorated. Everything is the best of the best, down to the cutlery, pots and pans. The beds are to die for, the kitchen is amazing and the living room is beautiful. I can't imagine staying in a nicer place. Our family was thrilled and the pool is fabulous, as is the view of the desert and the running and biking trails right behind the house. The town center is lovely and the golf course is great. We had the best holiday ever.

The house was beautiful and we loved the pool. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The layout was perfect for a family with children. The neighborhood was quiet and bike riding the trails was great. We would love to go back anytime.
