Comfortable home away from home retreat with all the amenities. Up in the trees overlooking Shasta Lake and next to Sugarloaf Marina, with Restaurants & convenience stores nearby. Short walk to the lake. Boat slips are limited, but can be rented by the day. Sugarloaf Marina is not operating as as full service Marina
at the present time.
Beautiful views of the lake and wildlife from the large wrap around covered deck. Plenty of parking for cars and toys.
One level home with easy access for all ages. 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 2 sleeper sofas offer plenty of sleeping for up to 10 guests. Air conditioned comfort after a long hot day or woodstove for after a day of snow fun on Mt. Shasta nearby.

Why the Owner Chose Lakehead
The house has a wonderful unobstructed lake view, and is located right next to Sugarloaf Marina.
Restaurants & convenience stores are close by; as well as campgrounds for visiting family & friends who want to camp. Great for family reunions! This arm of the lake always has water.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is built on a hillside, so you have the feeling of being in a tree house. There is a beautiful view from the covered wrap around deck, and lots of wildlife to enjoy.

My husband and three kids stayed there for our annual summer Shasta trip. Walking distance to Sugarloaf if you bring your boat, the house had everything we needed (Including A/C) and beautiful views. There were deer everywhere which added to the entertainment. The house was clean and well stocked. Would definitely go back again there next summer
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

GREAT & PEACEFUL PLACE! We had such a great time in your wonderful lake retreat. Very comfortable & clean, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We really enjoyed the covered deck. It really does feel like you're in a treehouse. Lots of wildlife!!!

Thank you for the use of your property. We had a great time and the accommodations were wonderful. The house was nicely furnished and supplied, we never felt as if anything was missing. The covered deck was an awesome feature. It's close to the water and marina, yet quiet throughout the day. You're surrounded by nature which is a lovely bonus. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and look forward to using it again.

It was a wonderful home for 3 families. kids enjoyed playing on deck, watching deer¿s. Superb location and a beautiful space with amazing views of the lake. It was very relaxing. Owner was very nice & co operative to allow us early check in. Kitchen was also well equipped. We had the best time and definitely will return. I cannot imagine doing the hotel option ever again. Thank you for the warm hospitality

Awesome owner, very accomodating. We loved the home and it was very welcoming. I would reccomend this home to anyone who wants to rent close to the lake. There were deer walking in and around the property every night. It was a great location to the lake and it felt like home after a long day of boating. There is also a great family owned eating place close by and a grocery store too!The owner is the best!!!!!
