What a great property. Our family had a wonderful time, enjoying the canal and beautiful house. All necessities were provided in the house, bbq on deck was perfect for family dinners. House was in perfect running order, beautiful remodel throughout. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. We plan on returning to enjoy it again!

This is a great location and home to stay in with friends or family. You are near a wonder spot for pictures, beach, restaurants, grocery store, and other amenities. The place was clean and well maintained. The rooms, the kitchen, the deck, the whole house was perfect for my group and they loved the experience. The owner was available to us by phone and was able to answer questions. I would recommend updating some information on his arrival and departure information sheets so things are clear and so you don't have to bother him. I could highly recommend this home in the South Lake Tahoe area and look forward to hopefully renting it again.

Was there for the weekend president's day holiday 2011. It was a winter wonderland. The location and house itself is perfect. The owner had given a touch of cabin style outdoor theme with modern lodge feel thoughout. It was clean throughout and I can't seem to find anything out of place. Did I say, there were plenty of beds? The backyard had a marvelous view of supposely waterways that had frozen up. The pictures attached by the owner will no do any justice to this beautiful property. I am sure during the summer times, it will be perferct with all the access of water, outdoors and bbqs. con: There is no internet access or much TV to watch (although they have a DVD player in the living room and a set of videos in their enterainment room. The videos are VHS, so it won't work with their living room application setup. Winter time - driveway will be covered with snow. They have plower machine(s) in the garage, but that was a workout to clear out. Owners were very helpful and reply with any answers to the property. Directions to start up and shut down the property is of no questions at all. I would recommend this property to anyone who is interested in staying in South Tahoe. Besides, this is the tahoe keys and it is close by to the outbacks for hiking and close by to the lake for waterplay. Everything is close by even if you don't have a car. Walking should be expected and especially in this area in general. I mean you are on vacationing, walking should be expected. If you have a car, that will zip you to your destination faster, but is really necessary. During the summer months, I am sure you can bike there too if you choose.

Our family so enjoyed our stay at this awesome, well equipped house!! It has everything you could need and then some. We skiied/snowboarded at Heavenly and it was great! Not far from the casinos, although we did not make it this trip. Would love to come back and stay in the summer as it would be a great vacation spot then, also!!
