Meticulously maintained 2BR/2BA unit on the sixth floor in Sterling Sands. This very popular, low-rise beachfront condo is located in the heart of Destin.
This unit is continually updated and maintained by the owner. It is decorated in a tropical theme with bright, vibrant colors. There are 9' ceilings throughout for a spacious feeling. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to assist you in preparing your meals during your stay.
Your ocean view dining and living room offers comfortable seating for six. The sofa converts to a sleeper to accommodate everyone in your party. The living room features a 46" BRAND NEW HD flat screen television with cable, a DVD player and stereo system. New carpet in the living room has just been added. There is also wireless, high-speed internet in the unit to help you stay in touch while you are on vacation.
The oceanfront master bedroom boasts a king bed and television with DVD. There is a whirlpool jetted tub for soaking after the end of a long day on the beach. New bedroom furniture in the second bedroom has just been added. There is also a television with DVD player. There are new linens in both bedrooms and bathrooms.
Your oversize balcony is great for relaxing while you watch the shimmering gulf waters and gorgeous sunsets. From your balcony, you have a fantastic view of the pool and soft, white sand of the 380' of private beach. A new table and chairs as well as a chaise lounge have been added for your enjoyment. Beachside service including chair/umbrella rental and kayak/boogie board rental is available each day.
Your luxurious condo is minutes away from many fine restaurants offering both casual and formal dining. Destin Commons, an open air shopping area with restaurants, specialty stores and a RAVE movie theater is a short drive away. Silver Sands outlet mall is nearby for the bargain shopper in your group. For the golfer in the family, there are many championship golf courses to choose from.

We thought the photos looked good on VRBO, but this unit looks even better in person! It is very spacious and clean, with an awesome LARGE balcony overlooking the pool and the gulf. We have stayed at condos all over the panhandle (Destin, Panama City Beach, Ft. Walton, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores) and this is one of the nicest we have ever rented. The master bath is huge and the unit even has a full size washer and dryer. Booking this unit and dealing with the owner was a pleasure! We had a very minor maintenance issue on our first day. It was handled quickly and without any problems. This is a great, central location. The covered parking and reserved space was great. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful (even though we didn't rent through them). We loved that the building is right on the gulf - not across the street like so many are in Destin. The Track (go karts, putt putt, etc) is across the street and The Back Porch restaurant is just down the beach. I have already recommended this complex/unit to several friends and plan to return next year. September is a great time to visit - not quite as hot and or as crowded as during the peak summer months. Thank you for sharing it with others!

Wonderful place to vacation! I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Perfect view of the ocean and sunset! Has everything you need for a fantastic vacation! Incredibly clean, owners and other renters super friendly. Tranquil and relaxing. Can't wait to get back!
