Single Family house with 3 bedrooms& 1 bath. Sleeps 6-8. Open area living-dining room, kitchen area has vaulted ceiling with fireplace. Large sunroom with queen size sleeper sofa and fireplace & glass all around. Bedrooms: one with queen bed, one with full bed, one with two twin beds.

Large covered floating dock with two covered boat slips and additional tie up along side the dock. Dock has 16ft X 24ft deck area with wrought iron table & chairs and an aluminum swim ladder. Dock is in deep water all year. Lot is gently sloping with large yard spaces and a circular drive.

Enjoy some of the best views on Smith Lake. Water can be seen for over 180 degrees of view. Gateway shopping center is 3 miles away with large grocery store, drug store, two fast food stores, hardware store, restaurant, fitness center and more. There is an emergency care facility about one mile away. For more great restaurants and shopping, Jasper is only about 15 minutes away.

Smith Lake is located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and a short drive from Birmingham, Decatur, and Huntsville. It has been voted the 3rd cleanest and is one of the deepest lakes in the U.S. It is bordered in part by the Bankhead National Forest which covers more than 60,000 acres. The lake covers more than 24,000 acres and has 513 miles of shoreline. It boasts six world records for fishing and is the host of several major fishing tournaments each year. There are an abundance of other activities including swimming, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, tubing canoeing, and hiking in the Bankhead Forest and Sipsey Wilderness trails.
